Oplev det allerbedste af de blå bjerge i en uforglemmelig dagstur fra Sydney. Rejs i en lille gruppe på op til 15 gæster for en afslappet, personlig rejse væk fra mængden. Vi begynder tidligt, efterlader den smukke by Sydney bagved, mens vi kører mod vest. Omkring 40 minutter senere ankommer vi til vores første stop: Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park. Dette er hjemsted for den største samling af australske indfødte dyr i verden, med over 2.000 dyr på stedet. Featherdale er berømt for sine nærbillede vildtmøder. Her kan du håndfodre venlige kangaruer, tage et professionelt billede med en sød og kærlig koala, tage et selfie med "det lykkeligste dyr på jorden" Quokka og møde Wombats, tasmanske djævle og meget mere. Du vil også se de livlige farver af Australiens indfødte fugleliv, herunder Emus, Cassowaries og grinende Kookaburras. Eftermiddagen bringer dig til Echo Point, Blue Mountains' mest berømte udkigssted. Nyd det gyldne lys, mens det oplyser de tre søstre og kaster en fascinerende blå dis hen over dalen.

Great experience in the Blue Mountains. Very nice hike. Small group. Wonderful informative guide. Well timed stops.
Misty hike, might suggest hiking boots, but definitely doable. Wonderful vistas. Mark was an awesome host and guide. Name that tune-Aussie style was so much fun.
Mark was our guide. It was a true small group tour in a very comfortable van that was very clean and had great visibility. I am a big guy (well over 6 foot and not skinny) so van space is important to me on tours. The tour was over 9 hours, but the time flew by. The bushwalk was a highlight especially accented by Mark’s knowledge of the flora and fauna. We really enjoyed the time at the wildlife sanctuary and would love to have spent more time there, but all in all our time was managed very well. Mark’s audio commentary was excellent in the van and the sound system performed nicely which tends to be a problem on many tours we go on. We learned a lot about Australia. The bushwalk registered 17 flights and some 10,000 steps on my Apple Watch. The views were breathtaking and well worth the hike. We had perfect weather in mid April. We were in Sydney on a cruise ship stop for the day. We had complications due to customs, but the communication and accommodation by the company were excellent in arranging our pick up and drop off. BTW. The lunch was great and we appreciated the recommendations and suggestions from Mark as to what was available. We have no negative feedback whatsoever for this experience and would wholeheartedly recommend you go with them.

Amazing guide. Mark made the trip. He modified the walking to fit my wife’s knee while also showing us everything and challenging the rest of us to get some amazing views. His knowledge was deep and varied to make the day informative and entertaining. We did Australian music trivia on the drive back which made the time fly by. Probably the best tour guide we have had in any country we have used Viator in.

This tour was the perfect mix of the Blue Mountains. Craig was a great guide and communication pretour was perfect. Pickup was on time. I enjoyed the Featherdale Wildlife park. We arrived before the big buses and I felt like we had plenty of time to see everything. The walk to Wentworth Falls was awesome. We were given a choice on the way back(one way was easier than the other). The weather was perfect while we were at Echo point.. and the views did not disappoint.

Outstanding day trip to blue mountains. We saw many animals, and interesting insects and flora and fauna and history of the area and Australia in general. The tour was enhanced by personal stories and experiences that our guide, Mark, added.

Sights were amazing, and seeing animals at wildlife park was fun. Lunch stop was charming. Mark our guide/driver was fantastic guiding us along the day and a fountainof information; he made it fun and was personable. Well managed time, we spent the perfect amount at each stop. Must do tour!

I chose this tour with Sydney Adventure Tours on the recommendation by my sister Ann who had come last year and also the reviews. Our guide Mark was fun to be with, knowledgeable, entertaining, observant and caring for our safety. Our group totalled 5 and we all got along well. Our stops were great, his recommendations for restaurants were really good and his timing at each spot was great. We were very lucky weather wise as we were supposed to have rain but it held off until the very end of the day. On the way back to Sidney Mark played us music composed, written and sung by Australian singers and musicians. A lot of fun to hear them and learning about the artists. Robert and I highly recommend this tour and ask for Mark!

Even thought we had a drizzly day, we were able to hike and visit all of the sights. Mark was our tour guide and he was excellent - very knowledgeable and very entertaining! It was a great day & I would highly recommend!
