Efter at have mødt din guide på dit centralt beliggende CBD-hotel, rejs cirka 45 minutter mod Featherdale Wildlife Park, et af Sydneys foretrukne indfødte dyrelivsreservater, hjemsted for ikoniske australske dyr såsom kænguruer, koalaer og en række fantastisk indfødte fugleliv. Her får du mulighed for at tage en selfie med en koala, komme helt tæt på til et møde ansigt til ansigt, mens du poserer for kameraet med dyrene.
Tag derefter til Echo Point Katoomba, det perfekte udsigtspunkt for de ikoniske Three Sisters; en fantastisk naturlig klippeformation opkaldt efter en aboriginsk legende, der beskriver en fortælling om tre søstre forvandlet til sten. If you’re looking for a single day excursion to the blue Mountains from Sydney, this is the trip for you. Our tour guide Ben was extraordinary from the good morning that he gave us when we first saw him until waiting on the docs for us and waving goodbye when we left, he took care of us every step of the way it was very full of information and was fun and pleasant the entire time great trip. I would advise anyone to take this trip. Great value for the money 100 out of 100+ a little extra for Ben..
The tour was outstanding! I really enjoyed going to Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park. I was able to pet the baby kangaroos and see the exotic birds. The koalas were pretty high up on the trees sleeping. June is winter season in Australia so bring a jacket. It was really cold in the Blue Mountains. Our tour guide Aaron was very informative.

Comfortable ride, small group. Great pace- nether too slow nor rushed. The animal sanctuary was well done and a worthwhile experience. Leura is a charming village with great food and shopping options. The views at Echo point were stunning as were those at Scenic World. I enjoyed the narrations that shared the history of the region and told of traditions of the First People. Our driver, Graeme, made the entire trip very enjoyable! He shared fun facts and was warm and engaging.
Your guide can make or break this excursion… We can happily say ours was fantastic! Ben is such a congenial, knowledgeable person. He was so personable and relatable. We can’t thank FJ Tours enough for hiring guides like Ben. The trip was made all the more memorable thanks to Ben!
It was a really great day! Aaron is a knowledgeable and fun tour guide! Each of the stops were great! We saw interesting animals at Featherdale where you can get up close and feed the kangaroos and walllabies. We had a great lunch in Leura at the Polar Bear Bistro and the Blue Mountains surpassed our expectations. The Three Sisters Rock formation was amazing and Scenic World was as well with the rainforest, cable car and Funicular. Great day!
If it's your first time to Sydney, this is the tour you want to at least start with. Effortless and super enjoyable. Jed was a great guide and was focused on giving a great tour. He said we were the best group ever, but I think he says that to all his groups!? Worth the money spent.

I enjoyed the various experiences we had. The zoo was neat and the rides at scenix world were fun. Stopped at a small city for a yummy lunch. Wish we had a little more time at each spot though.
First you are taken around the different hotels in Sydney for more than an hour to pick up the people joining the tour, starting from 7 am. Then, at 8.40 am, you start your journey towards Blue Mountains. The driver brings you to the Wildlife Park (1 hour), Leura Village (1 hour), Echo Point (1 hour), then on to Scenic World (2hours), the 4 stops for this tour. No stop at lookouts. At each place, you get off, but be sure you are back at the pick up point at the time stated. It is like a hop on, hop off arrangement. Driver’s phone was dead, so you would not be able to contact him if you are lost for whatever reason. Back on the bus at 3.45 pm, the bus is on the way to the Olympic Park Ferry Point. You reach the Ferry Point at 5.10pm. Driver gives each person $10 to get your ticket to go back to Darling Harbour or Circular Quay. End of tour. You use your credit card to tap in and out of the ferry point. If you don’t have a card, then you have to work out how to get your ticket. There was some commentary on the 4 stops and that’s all really. To pay AUD 210 for this tour is poor value for money. The tour could do with less time on touring Sydney hotels and more time at Leura Village andbrief stops (5minutes) at 2-3 lookouts.
