Med rundturen til det sydlige Island, vandfald og sorte sandstrand bliver du taget med på en udforskningstur af de mange dramatiske steder i det islandske landskab. Islands sydlige kystregion er det fladeste område i landet, hvilket gør det ideelt til landbrug. Men da det er Island, er landskabet også omgivet af majestætiske bjerge, vandfaldene Skogafoss og Seljalandsfoss, faretruende vulkaner og gletsjere, den sorte sandstrand ved Reynisfjara samt det formidable hav. Din ekspert-guide vil desuden påpege en række berygtede vulkaner, herunder Hekla, Eyjafjallajokull og Katla.

Hekla er en af Islands mest aktive vulkaner, og i århundreder troede man den var indgangen til helvede.
Besøg Skogafoss-vandfaldet. Dette er et malerisk vandfald, der er 200 fod (60 meter) højt samt bred og kraftig. På grund af dets markante udseende, er den ofte med i film og reklamer. Du kan komme så tæt på, at du kan mærke sprøjt fra vandfaldet på dit ansigt. Hvis du vil, kan du gå op ad en trappe, der fører til toppen, hvorfra du kan nyde udsigten fra oven.
Gå en tur langs den sorte sand- og småstenstrand ved Reynisfjara. Stranden har masser af basaltsøjler, der indhegner de omgivende klipper med spredtliggende grotter. Lad dig imponere af de utroligt kraftige bølger fra Atlanterhavet, der skyller ind på kysten. Ud for kysten kan du se Reynisdrangar-søjler, basaltklipper der hæver sig over havet.

En vulkan/gletsjer, som opnåede opmærksomhed verden over i 2010, da en askesky fra udbruddet stoppede al flytrafik i Europa.
Et kort stop ved Solheimajokull, der er en udløber af Myrdalsjokull-gletsjeren.
Seljalandsfoss er et enestående vandfald, fordi du rent faktisk kan gå bagom det når vejret tillader det og opleve skønheden i dette vandfald på en helt ny måde.

The best experience ever!! The driver and guide were so kind and gave much information. There was plenty of time at each stop and the bus was comfortable.
This was a wonderful tour of the South Coast! Our guide Richie truly made this a memorable experience, as he was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful playlist to keep us entertained while driving past scenic views. We learned about the geology of Iceland, and saw so many waterfalls. We were searching for a tour that would allow a good amount of time in Vik, which we found with this tour. We had lunch in Vik, and had time to walk around a bit.
Our guide Richie and driver mikki both were amazing, it was a long day but they were really amazing even when some people on the bus wanted a different drop off location. Also amazingly beautiful places we went. Just a suggestion that if stop at black sand beach could be longer because lunch place over there was better than at Vik. Vik has more options though.
The tour was amazing learnt alot of information about the area and the history. Very informative. The tour guide Gunnar was amazing

Great experience! The guide Gudjon Jes and the driver Bartek were amazing with storytelling and all the details about south coast of Iceland. You visit all the popular spots plus you have a laugh. Highly recommended!

A fantastic opportunity to see the southern coast of Iceland which shows you two volcanos which are due to erupt as it is has been some time since they have. Black beach was beautiful a must see and some beautiful waterfalls

This is an excellent tour. Our tour guide Richi and driver Magnus were amazing and helped to make it a most memorable day. I have never had a tour guide curate the music in the bus to go along with the sights. There were just so many of these little extra things that added to the experience. The glacier, the waterfalls, Black Diamond beach and the geiser helped provide us with an Icelandic experience. Would recommend.
