Den Gyldne Cirkel er den mest ikoniske destination fra Reykjavik. På denne rute vil du nyde smuk natur og besøge Islands tre berømte steder: Geysir geotermiske område, Gullfoss vandfald og Thingvellir nationalpark.
Thingvellir er både historisk og geologisk en vigtig placering. Her var det første islandske parlament grundlagt i slutningen af 900'erne, og det er også den synlige deling mellem eurasiske og de nordamerikanske kontinentalsplader.
Strokkur er lillebror eller den berømte Geysir, som ikke længere er aktiv. Strokkur er dog stadig meget aktivt blæser vand op i luften hver 7. til 10 minutter. På dette stop kan du også købe mad.
Gullfoss er et vandfald af den hvide flod Hvítá. Det har to trin på 11 og 21 meter, og der trækkes mere 100 m3 vand gennem det på et sekund.
Kerið er et ikonisk vulkanskrater på 55 meters dybde.

You won’t regret this tour . This is the tour company to sign up with. Signed up for this tour with my adult son and it was perfect. Siggi was beyond knowledgeable , patient and so accommodating. We had rain, sun, wind and hail! Loved all the falls and craters and learning about the volcanic activity. Could have driven it myself but would not have gotten the history and insight. Blue Lagoon was so wonderful along with ALL the sights we saw!!! Thank you, Siggi. Plenty of stops for restroom and breaks. Bring your own water bottle to refill. ! Loved that they had so many pick up times and they were on time and speedy about pick ups! Enjoy
We had a fantastic day tour with Halli as our guide. He took excellent care of us, showing us extra little things along the way because we had a few minutes to spare with our group. He had valuable history, interesting personal stories, and lots of facts of the nature surrounding us to share. We felt like VIPs on this small group tour!
Harold gave an impressive tour during our small bus tour. He was funny and shared great stories and information. He has a lot of knowledge and made this trip well worth the money! We visited a lot of cool sites and he knew the way to get to the lagoon fastest!

Halli (Harold) was a great guide. He shared great stories of the history of Iceland, the current events and family moments. We spent an appropriate amount of time at each location. I would definitely recommend this experience
Really nicely paced. All of our admission fees were taken care of which was nice, felt like we didn’t have to do anything except show up. Our guide Harold was very very informative and chimed in with lots of commentary about the area.
This wonderful trip is a long day full of amazing sites. We had a wonderful driver named Michael, he was full of amazing facts about Iceland and its history! He was also very attentive to people who needed extra help. I would recommend water, snacks and a sandwich. There are restaurants at two of the stops. Make sure to layer your clothes, the weather changes quickly! The blue lagoon was so relaxing, I would recommend saving sometime to shower and wash your hair, the hair products are awesome! Don’t forget a hairbrush. Thanks for sharing your lovely island Michael!
The company changed our pick up time and the order of stops. The tour driver made the day interesting and enjoyable. The tour includes quite a bit, but we were not at any place very long. The Blue Lagoon was the longest stop- 2 hours. Most of the rest was quick phone ops and some stops felt rushed. In terms of recommendations, it’s hard to say because our guide was good but I wasn’t thrilled with the company overall. I’d like to say “unsure “ but that’s not an option.
Our all day tour was fantastic and that was due to our amazing driver/guide Dooley. He was so knowledgeable being a local, entertained us with his personal stories and drove us to all the incredible highlights included on this tour. He was kind, courteous and extremely personable. The day flew by and our entire bus had a wonderful day ! A big thank you to Dooley for showing us the magic of Iceland!
