We visited The Crystal Maze as a family of four to celebrate a birthday, and it was honestly one of the best family experiences we’ve had! The games were so much fun, with something for everyone, and the whole experience was exciting from start to finish. A huge shoutout to our Maze Master, Selfie Steve, he was absolutely brilliant! His energy, enthusiasm, and sense of humour made the experience what it was. He kept us laughing, encouraged us throughout, and really got everyone involved, making it feel so immersive and special. He went above and beyond to make the birthday celebration memorable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. We’d highly recommend The Crystal Maze to anyone looking for a fun family day out, and if you’re lucky enough to get Selfie Steve, you’re in for an amazing time!

We had a fantastic time from my husband’s birthday, all the staff we interacted with were friendly and very helpful. And our guide Sunny Shores was fantastic and gave us small clues when we got a little stuck. I just wish there was more air con as we attended in a heatwave. But we still had a fantastic time and would definitely go back. ☺️

10 work colleagues did the Crystal Maze experience in 2 teams. We couldn't believe how authentic and well done the interior was. Our host, Billy, made absolutely sure we all had the best possible time. The whole team went above and beyond to look after us, and we all had a fabulous time. It really felt like being on the show, except instead of competing for money, we were playing for the best prize of all!

Wow what an amazing experience! We booked three different activities (crystal maze, Chaos karts and Pac Man live.) As a family of 5 with 3 older teenagers, it’s hard to find something everyone will enjoy. Crystal maze was the one the teens was least looking forward too. Mainly because it’s not something they have watched before, however that soon changed after we got inside. From the second we got into the building all the staff was super friendly (one member of staff stood out, I’m sure she said her name was Aliyah) she was friendly, chatty and really had a laugh with us. If only the other activities we visited had more staff like her! She had us all walking out smiling a real credit to the team. Then I can’t write this review without giving a special thank you to our leader Bucky blue eyes (even though his eyes are brown) he was fantastic!! Fully got the boys involved which isn’t easy! and had us running around laughing the full time. Another credit to the team! We had an amazing day, and our favourite activity by far was Crystal maze and that is down to the amazing staff who work there :)

Fantastic experience! We had so much fun from start to finish. An immersive experience where you genuinely feel as though you’re on the game show. Our game master, Bucky Blue Eyes was great throughout, super engaging and full of energy even in 30 degree heat. A credit to the experience. The whole show lasts around 45-60 minutes. We did this as a couple and in a team of two but you can do it with upto 16 players. You play 16 games in total and a variety of different types of games. As a couple, we got to experience 8 each so both left feeling as though we got great value for money and an experience to remember. I think the max you’d want to do it with is 4-5 people so you all get at least 3-4 games each. Could not recommend enough, one of the best experiences we’ve done!

The absolute highlight of our trip! ⭐⭐ We had the absolute best experience at The Crystal Maze, and it was entirely thanks to Me Prawn! From the second we started, his energy was unmatched. He completely understood our humor, matched our vibe perfectly, and felt like the ultimate addition to our group. Not only was he incredibly energetic and fun, but he was also super professional and brilliant at what he does. He truly made the entire experience worth it for all of us. If you go, pray that you get Me Prawn as your Maze Master—he is absolutely lovely and a total star!

We had such an amazing time, every activity was balanced so well with difficulty and fun levels, we loved our game master king prawn (big dawg deserves a raise) he was so fun brought energy to all the games and was just so great to have as a guide and he made a fun time even greater and honestly would come time and time again and keep coming with friends as it was great and loved the unnecessary running it was the first time I saw my friends run and it was just so great
