Rejseplan
Efter dit besøg i Book of Kells and Library kan du nyde 10 minutter i lokalerne souvenirbutik.

This experience stated that it included Dublin Castle grounds but Viator knew that the grounds were closed due to a political event and did not advertise this. The customer service refused to partial refund charges even though the advertised information was not accurate. Richard was awesome at Trinity College, but I could walk and see all the castle details outside the gates by myself without paying the extra money. Too expensive for what was provided. I would suggest booking tours through another company that is honors what is advertised and charged.
Leanne, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed Richard's guidance and recognised the knowledge and enthusiasm he brought to your experience. We are, however, sorry to learn that you were disappointed by the Dublin Castle portion of the tour. On the day of your visit, access to the Dublin Castle grounds was unfortunately not permitted due to official Government business taking place at the Castle. These closures are determined by the Irish Government and Dublin Castle authorities and are outside the control of LetzGo City Tours. While we understand this was disappointing, it was an exceptional operational circumstance rather than a permanent change to the experience. Rather than simply skipping this important location, Richard brought the group to the historic Dublin Castle District and delivered the full historical narrative surrounding the site. Guests learned about the Castle's role as the seat of English administration and governance in Ireland for more than 800 years, the transfer of power following Irish independence, and the significance of the surrounding landmarks, including views of the Castle exterior, the unique Lady Justice statue, and the historic precincts that continue to tell the story of this remarkable location. Your tour also included a fully guided visit to St Patrick's Cathedral, reserved admission to the Book of Kells Experience, entry to the magnificent Long Room at Trinity College, a guided walk through the historic Trinity College campus, the Molly Malone Statue, and expert storytelling that brings over a thousand years of Dublin's history to life. We appreciate your comments regarding communication. Whenever we receive confirmed information about temporary closures from the venue, we always endeavour to communicate this to guests as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, Government operational requirements can sometimes change at short notice, making advance notification difficult. We are sorry that the temporary closure affected your enjoyment of the experience, but we hope the depth of Richard's guiding and the many other highlights included in the tour still provided you with a memorable introduction to Dublin's rich history. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you safe and enjoyable travels.
Sean is very knowledgable, entertaining, witty and adds Irish tales/ stories to the facts. We highly recommend Sean and this tour.
From beginning to end, it was a phenomenal experience. Sean was engaging, funny and incredibly informative
Fergus was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable. He engaged with each member of the group with humor and sincerity, which kept all of us interested and attentive. He kept the tour moving without feeling rushed while covering each site fully with time for questions.
Excellent experience. Anna was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun for everyone in our family. Highly recommend this tour.
I wasn’t sure what to expect with this tour but everything was very informative. I think we had the perfect amount of time to explore the destinations. Our group size was great. I’m so glad we got to see the Book of Kells before they shut down for renovations. The whole experience was amazing. I was bummed we didn’t get to into the Dublin Castle because of important visitors, but it was nice to learn all about it anyway. My guide Maura Bridget was a godsend. She was very respectful of everyone’s religious beliefs while explaining certain parts of the tour. Maura shared so much knowledge. I loved the maps she carried around to give everyone a visual of what she was explaining. After the tour Maura took the time to make sure everyone knew where they were going, gave suggestions to those who needed it, and helped me on a personal level find some very specific things I was looking for to get for my family. She is an amazing person. Wish I could go on another tour with her. Thank you for everything Maura.
Mr. Sean did an amazing job. Knowledgeable, personable, and brought the history of Dublin to life. Highly recommended and happy to utilize his services in the future!!
Lots of walking. No toilet stops or drink breaks. Couldn’t hear it was to large of a group. Should have had head phones.
Fergus was a knowledgeable and thoughtful tour guide. The Cathedral and Book of Kells were highlights….well worth seeing. Dublin Castle was a disappointment.
Rory was entertaining and informative. And although the castle was unavailable due to security, he gave us a full in-depth history that made up for it.
