Rejseplan
Vi starter ved den rolige og afsondrede Carvalho strand, hvor vi vil lave en briefing om sikkerhed og instruktioner. For at få adgang til stranden går vi ned ad en gammel udskåret tunnel i klippen. Her kan vi se klippetårnet ud for Carvalhos farvande, og det bøjer kalkstensvægge
Efter at være kommet ud af Carvalho's besøger vi nogle skjulte huler undervejs, og derefter når vi den livlige Benagil-strand, hvor vi kan observere landsbyens fiskehistoriske fortid.
Derefter, lige efter Benagil-stranden, når vi den berømte Benagil-grotte, hvor vi stopper for at tage nogle smukke billeder ved det berømte "sinkhole" med historisk, geologisk og økologisk indsigt i Algarve-regionen. Efter guidernes forklaringer kan du udforske hulen på egen hånd eller følge guiden til nogle seje skjulte fossiler. Efter 30 min fortsætter vi vores eventyr og kommer ud af hulen med guidens assistance
Efter at være kommet ud af Benagil-grotten padler vi videre mod Marinha-stranden, og på vejen kommer vi ind og besøger flere skjulte huler og "Sinkholes" Når vi kommer til Marinha Beach, passerer vi under de berømte Arches of Marinha, og stopper for fantastiske billeder Derefter padler vi mod Carvalho's Beach
Hvis vi stadig har tid, afhængig af gruppen, tager vi på besøg på "smuglerens ø". Her går vi ind i en gigantisk tunnel inde i denne klippeformation, og vi observerer 2 smukke huller i loftet, som vi kalder "de blå øjne" billeder vil blive taget
Efter at være kommet ud af tunnelen på "Smuglerens ø" kan vi observere fyrtårnet i al sin pragt. Og så går vi tilbage til stranden, som ligger kun 5 minutter fra dette punkt.

Really great way to explore the coastline a witness the wonderful natural caves. The boats, explanations and guide were so friendly and welcoming. A great experience for all age groups.
Our kayak tour with Pedro was one of the absolute highlights of our vacation. Even the journey along the coastline was spectacular, and exploring the stunning sea caves made the experience truly unforgettable. The tour is perfect for beginners as well. We learned how to kayak and felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip thanks to Pedro’s calm, encouraging, and professional guidance. What really made the difference was Pedro himself. He was much more than just a guide – his positive energy, great sense of humor, and almost coaching-like approach made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He explained everything clearly, motivated the group, and made sure everyone was having a great time. The combination of breathtaking scenery, fun physical activity, and an outstanding guide turned this into a truly memorable adventure. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys water sports or wants to experience the Algarve from a unique perspective. Thank you, Pedro, for an amazing experience – we would do it again in a heartbeat! 🚣♂️🌊☀️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Incredible experience with Pancho, an Argentine guide who speaks many languages. We felt safe at all times despite the fact that 2 out of 4 had never been on a paddleboard before. Pancho took us to the caves in the area, which made us feel like we were truly experiencing something surreal, recommended for anyone who loves the sea. We went at 8:30 AM, which I recommend because by around 11:00, when we got out of the water, there was already wind and different conditions, with the sea being a bit more choppy compared to when we entered. The tour is worth every euro paid, and depending on the level and physical condition of the participants, a lesser or greater number of caves and kilometers can be explored, meaning there is flexibility according to what the client seeks. It is recommended to bring sunscreen since the ideal is to wear a swimsuit to be able to go into the sea throughout the tour, as well as sunglasses and a hat, to fully enjoy the experience. Brotherhooz provides you with a dry bag to carry the essentials, although you will only need a towel to dry off when you exit, as the guide will be focused on taking excellent photos of you, which you will receive the same day. Additionally, I recommend going with Pancho as a guide if possible. Unfortunately, he had a tour immediately after ours, and our luggage was in the car, so we could not give him a tip as we would have liked. Therefore, it is advisable to carry a couple of euros during the trip in case you feel like leaving him an extra tip.
Amazing tour with Miguel! We paddled along the coast line and saw lots of incredible caves. Felt safe at all times with Miguel whilst learning the history of the coastline, the Algarve and wildlife. The tour was 2 hours which didn’t feel that long. Great vibes and plenty of photo opportunities. Much better than doing a boat tour to see the caves!!
Amazing experience! I highly recommend to anyone wanting to tour the caves via the sea. So easy to do, and views like no other. 10/10
We thoroughly enjoyed our SUP experience! Our guide Pouco was patient while we tried to adjust to ocean paddling versus our usual lakes and rivers. We were a small group of 4, which was an added bonus. SUP was a great way to get right inside the caves. Beautiful!
Fantastic experience! Our original paddleboard experience had to be changed due to strong swells but the company was very effective in reaching out and helping us a reschedule a kayak tour instead. Our guide Patrick was great and the tour was beautiful.
We had a great time on our SUP tour with Pouco at the beginning of October! It was fun and Pouco was really insightful about the geology and ecology of the areas we were exploring. Definitely recommend doing the early tour before it gets too busy with the boats. Also Pouco's recommendations for things to do and see in the area was great!
We had the loveliest time yesterday doing the SUP tour with Caio as our guide! The team brought everything you could need and we met at the car park at 06:30 before sunrise (definitely worth it). A brief explanation of paddle boarding as many of us had some sort of experience (we were a small group) - and then we headed off. Caio shared lots of facts about the sedimentary ‘algar’ formation and was very geologically knowledgeable. The tour took around two hours but I could have easily done another 2. Included in the fee are 4k photos which are downloadable a few hours after and they were great! We really enjoyed ourselves and couldn’t recommend Caio and the team more. Such a reasonable price for the experience, if you’re visiting the area please give it a go!
Outstanding!! Our guy Patrick was incredibly friendly and gave great instructions on paddle boarding. He was also very knowledgeable and was great at communicating with us about the history of the geology of the Algarve and the caves. A true pleasure.!
