Our family had an incredible experience on our tour. We travelled with our two daughters, ages 9 and 12, and from start to finish everything was exceptionally well organized. Anna (Alves) was truly our guardian angel. She was knowledgeable, informative, and brought Portugal’s rich history to life in such an engaging way. Her passion for sharing the country’s culture and history made the tour both educational and enjoyable. What really set Anna apart was her kindness and compassion. During the tour, our 12-year-old daughter had a medical emergency. Without hesitation, Anna accompanied us to a private hospital during the lunch break, stayed with us, translated everything for the medical staff, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to her calm, caring, and patient support, we were able to rejoin the tour that afternoon. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, and the pickup and drop-off locations were convenient and easy to access. We learned so much, saw amazing places, and felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. We can’t thank Anna enough for going so far above and beyond. She turned what could have been a very stressful day into one where we still have wonderful memories of Portugal. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the country!
