Well of initiation was a bit of a disappointment from.a.masonic point of view. But park and.palace.was lovely and well worth it

Great
Very beautiful, you can spend the whole morning there if you see it calmly. It is worth it, one of the best things we saw in Portugal and it is worth paying to see it.

Beautiful gardens and not much else.
It was okay. Palace grounds were beautiful but I think I’d have preferred the Moorish castle.

Incredibly bad welcome
Welcome:
Sadly this didn't work great. We booked the ticket with TripAdvisor beforehand (photo). On arrival after waiting in the queue, the security told us, that the ticket shown from TripAdvisor is not valid and we should have another ticket in our mail. We got pushed of to the side, now forced to lock for "another ticket" in our mail? Since I couldn't find anything, we went to the ticket shop at site, asking for help. The lady repeatedly said, they do not work with TripAdvisor so we can't use any ticket from the platform. I turned to the huge sticker on the wall, which showed TripAdvisors rating. "So, what about that?". She started fumbling and asked for someone else to help. Another lady looked through my mails on my phone for a minute or so. Without a word or eye contact she swung the phone back at me, with an open QR code. Thank you very much, I guess. As it always is, you get 10 mails with receipts and reminders. Good luck finding something in there.
Ok then, back to the security, they scanned the code and Voilà, we're in.
I BET the other ticket would have worked as well, if they didn't refuse to scan it.
Why work with TripAdvisor and then telling your customers you don't work with TripAdvisor??
The experience itself was worth it though.

I need to speak to a...
I need to speak to a manager. Not just someone who is chatting with me from overseas. I got a confirmation and it was changed after an hour. I got to the gate and found out thatu reservation was changed. I overseas and not have internet constantly. My family and I missed the entire excision plus we spend hundreds of dollars to get from Lagos to Sintra on time. Very disappointing. When I asked for details. It was completely MIA response. .

Paid but no access pass received
Received an email without tickets and the access barcode of the voucher didn't work, we were not admitted, no outing and money gone, contacted Viator but the phone number was out of service. Unfortunately, away from Sintra again, not a pleasant experience with purchasing the tickets through you, we feel slightly ripped off, and given the tight travel schedule, rebooking was not possible. If I don't get a response, this will naturally be the last time I book tickets through you, and after my vacation I will surely still take the time to write a 'nice' review.

Tickets confirmed then canceled at the last minute.
The official site was sold out for the time slot I wanted, so I tried TripAdvisor, which cost 2x as much for the same thing. They said the time slot was available, and confirmed it after I purchased. After driving, paying for parking, hiking up steep hills and stairs I tried to redeem my ticket (the one I downloaded, not just the booking confirmation). They said it wasn’t a real ticket (even though it said it was), it was third party. When we tried to click through on the email, the link didn’t work anymore. Then, while looking again at my email, an email came through that said my ticket had been canceled 15 minutes earlier while we were hiking up! The staff said that resellers will sell tickets they don’t have and just hope to get them before you arrive. If it’s sold out on the official site, it’s likely they don’t have them either.
Super frustrating! Don’t tell me the tickets are confirmed when they aren’t!

Disappointment
Only site to sell us an excursion at the desired time. But 1 hour later cancellation, and they offered us times that did not suit us. And finally it was too late to book the other times as well. We left without seeing the excursion.

When tickets were sold out everywhere else, including GetYourGuide and the official site, I tried booking here and luckily got a ticket. I had a wonderful experience! It was a last-minute booking and a little more expensive, around ₹1,000+ extra, but the experience was absolutely worth it.
