The shuttle service did its job in that it got us to our destination, but the driving conditions in Panama are a bit scary. Roads are fine. Driver skills and behaviours are the issue. Our driver was probably no different than all the other drivers on the road - very poor use of lanes, tail gating, erratic speeds, texting and using phone a lot while driving. He was a nice guy though…..

Be aware that this shuttle service only drops at 2places in PC despite asking you where you would like to be dropped! Unhelpful and grumpy driver!

Van broke down …we sat in gas station for 4.5 hours before the van was functional. Then we had to trade vans part way there. Trip took 11 hours total.

Driver was very halpfull and nice. Took my laggeged from the room. The all drive was quite, nice people. It was very bumpy most of the way.

They cancelled on me last minute TWICE. My shuttle to Playa Venao was scheduled for 8 AM & they didn’t send the cancellation email until 2 AM!!! My return shuttle to Panama City was canceled late afternoon the day before we were supposed to leave. Both cancellation emails referenced maintenance issues. I very rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt a need to warn people that this service is unreliable.

Regrettably, I was only informed of the cancellation of the shuttle service a day prior to my scheduled trip, with a promise of a refund. Left stranded without guidance in Panama City and tasked with arranging my own transportation to Venao, approximately five hours away, I found the lack of concern from the customer service agent concerning. This experience left me feeling abandoned and frustrated, as it significantly disrupted my travel plans. I would advise others to avoid this service unless they're prepared to navigate such challenges independently in a foreign country.

We had a noisy, hot and sweaty ride. The air conditioning does not work at all. When I woke up sweating, I asked the driver to turn it on and he showed me it was on. We could not feel a thing. I messaged the company on whatsapp and they said yes the bus has aircon and they will ask the driver to put it on. Still nothing - I called the company but they ignored my message and call. It wasn’t until two hours in, when we stopped for a break, that I got the driver to come see and he admitted the air conditioning is broken. We were then able to open the windows but that meant it was still hot and let the smoke in from the roadside fires. Also, some of the seats are broken, with no seatbelts. One of the broken seats had a metal part which rattled noisily over every bump, which was constantly because the van has completely worn out suspension. I am wearing earplugs but it is still very loud. There is also a big hole in the ceiling where a large piece of trim is missing. Not to mention, the company advertised a complimentary beverage - no sign of that. All four of us are hot and sweaty and feeling ripped off because we could have gone by bus for a sixty of the price.

These guys are amazing. Really comfortable stress free ride down with water and Pillows provided. Plus I left some property on the shuttle and Gina from Pink Bus worked really hard to get it back to me and dropped off at my hostel. Amazing customer service, I was very happy.

We really enjoyed the #MYPINKBUS experience!! Gina's welcome and support was pleasant and efficient. Also that of the driver. Note the trip went very well, comfortable, with a break at a station, a good WIFI connection on board, bottled water provided, and comfortable, padded seats. We are looking forward to making the return trip tomorrow from Playa Venao to Panama City. Given the price of car rentals in Panama, the difficulty of finding comfortable buses and the schedules, for us it is the best choice for getting around.
