Vertente Natural var banebrydende inden for coasteering i Portugal og verdensledende inden for introduktion af reb og zip-linjer. Det består af en progression langs kystlinjen, krybning, svømning, klatring, rappelling, lynlås og klippespring i vandet. Det eneste krav er, at deltagerne kan svømmere!

For at overføre dig til aktivitetsstedet, henter vi dig foran Hard Rock Café, 150 m nede ad vejen fra Heritage Hotel. Overførselssted: Av. da Liberdade 2, 1250-140 Lisboa, Portugal OBS - booker du aktiviteten med transfer, har du ca. 1 time fri efter aktiviteten - vi foreslår en gåtur rundt i fiskerihavnen, mens du venter.

Great tour! Well planned adventure with beautiful scenery. Luticia and Jessica were incredibly fun guides and made sure we got through the jumps and climbs safely
Amazing tour, so much fun and catered for the more adventurous members of our group and the least equally well! Luticia and Jessica were amazing guides, very supportive!
We had SO much fun! Our #1 outdoor activity in Portugal this summer. Jéssica was an AWESOME guide and her intern (Fabio?) made it really enjoyable! Definitely need to bring some upper body strength for this activity, but everything else is provided. Would recommend renting shoes and shorts from them as the cliffs tear up both.
So much fun!!! Would definitely recommend this tour group! No “bells and whistles” in terms of photos or videos, but I think that made the experience more authentic and the tour guides were top tier!!!

This was hands-down the best part of my Portugal trip! The guides were very, very helpful and professional. The experience was fantastic mix of swimming, jumping, and climbing. I would happily do it again. Highly recommended!

Amazing and well done tour with Vertente, the guides were very nice and knowledgeable about the area and the best cliff jumping spots. I would 100% book it again.

A spectacular experience! We love coastering with the natural side of the rabbita. Amazing views and sea! Very professional. Leonor is an excellent guide, fun, cheerful and quiet. Joao, skipper, very friendly and professional. Great team. Repeat! We highly recommend!

Because of the somewhat busy environment, we could park 5 minutes further. Very friendly received by lady at the desk. This friendly enthusiastic tone was continued by our female guide who gave the instructions clearly and with humor. During the trip several times jumped off rocks which was very cool. Swimming and climbing we went from rock to rock, where there was a little break. The pace was therefore doable! Definitely recommended!

Great physically demanding experience. The staff was great and funny. The one thing I do not like is that they charge you for shoes and shorts. They should just include that in the price and not try to charge extra. They should also offer a picture package because you cannot bring your phones
