It is a good thing Kevin was there in the afternoon for the part in the dunes and for his kindness. Without him, we would still be there because, regarding organization, many things need to be reviewed. We had requested a pickup in Swakopmund. The day before, I was told it was not planned, then finally I was told that it was. In the morning, a guide came to pick us up with others. Upon arriving in Walvis, this guide, who was very good otherwise, asked us to pay for the service. We then discovered that the kayak tour was actually done with another organization. After calling our provider, the matter was settled but remained unpleasant. In the evening, we realized that nothing was planned for the return trip. Fortunately, Kevin drove us back on his own time. Otherwise, the kayaking with the seals and the ride in the dunes were very nice. We absolutely did not regret it.

Our driver Kevin told us a lot about the region and Namibia. We had enough time at all stations to enjoy the very beautiful nature. We were alone with Kevin and always had a safe feeling. The sights were as described and by no means crowded. The day was just really nice and we can only recommend this tour.

My friend and I had an incredible and breathtaking experience. The guide is well informed and also knows how to maneuver the car well yet he looks so young. I was scared at first but quickly got comfortable. The professionalism of the ladies responsible for bookings is unmatched. I will definitely be coming back for round 2.

The experience, the guides and most of the staff were amazing but we had a disastrous experience with one of the person in charge of the booking/organisation. Communication was difficult and unreliable, she was the most nonchalant person I've ever seen.

Dennis was great from the pickup at the port to the drop off. We enjoyed our full day with him seeing flamingos, seals and assorted other animals. He even found a gecko for us. Riding the dunes was so much fun with Dennis. He is an amazing driver. And the views were beautiful of the dunes over the ocean. The included picnic lunch was delicious and plentiful.
