Very unprofessional behavior from the driver. Who picked us up from the airport over an hour late. Who had his girlfriend with him and focused entirely on her instead of the road. Without asking us for permission or orienting us, he drove to a rest area to buy snacks (because his girlfriend was hungry). After that, we finally continued to the hotel at our suggestion. He neither introduced himself nor talked to us nor said goodbye. It's a shame, due to his unprofessional behavior, Viator is no longer an option for 7 people and all friends.

Due to heavy traffic in Türkiye during the holiday season, guests were transported to their vehicles within 20 minutes of arriving at the pick-up point.
