The trip was great overall, but the ending left a lot to be desired. Our tour guide failed to mention that the IMAX experience was not included in the purchase price until five minutes before drop‑off. At that point, he casually informed us that each person in our group of 13 owed an additional $20 because he had already purchased the tickets on our behalf. That information should have been disclosed upfront so our group could decide for ourselves whether we wanted to participate, rather than having that decision made for us. It was an unnecessary and disappointing way to end an otherwise enjoyable

Kati was the best ever. I was alone on the tour so it gave a more personal experience. Her friendliness made me so comfortable and her knowledge on the canal and her country was remarkable. Gracias
Brilliant tour, very knowledgeable guide and good timing and structure across the day to get the most out of Panama City and its sights
Our guide Dimos was absolutely brilliant. The vehicle was spotless and new and Dimos spoke almost the entire trip telling us about the history of Panama, the Canal and the central City. We were collected at the entrance to the cruise port (5 minute walk) which made the entire process very easy. A great day out and recommended for cruisers.
Our guide Ronald was fantastic! This was more than a guided tour, it was a history lesson, and I felt we were riding around with a friend. He was courteous, kind, helpful and so very knowledgeable about the Canal, Panamanian history and the city. Anyone who wants to see the Canal and get a great day of sight-seeing, this is your guy!

Ronald was our tour guide. He was prompt, knowledgeable, polite, and so informative. Our 5 hours spent with him were fantastic. Our group was 5 people and he had a small van that fit us all comfortably. We learned so much and saw so much more than we would ever have seen on our own. Ronald, thank you for a day we will never forget.
It was perfect. Kati was super friendly and great. She pleased us, she was even very hands-on in telling me that the tickets to the channel were bought online so I avoided waiting time.
Enjoyable I loved the Panama Canal experience. Old town and the causeway as very interesting. I recommend
Cathy was the most amazing tour guide, prepared with lots of information, including maps, pictures, coins, and other interesting items. She showed us great sites around the city, first on Flamenco Island, then the 1914 Panama Canal Administration Building and the Goethals Memorial. Then it was off to Miraflores locks. She would always drop us off at the entrance to each of these places, park the car, and then magically find us. Once with us, she went into personal assistant mode, helping us with getting food, tickets, and seats to the IMAX film about the Panama Canal. She timed our visit there perfectly to match up with seeing ships go through the locks, including a Princess cruise ship! She took us to the best viewpoints to see the ships go through the locks. Then it was off to Casco Viejo, and on the way she stopped to get us some bottled water. We toured the old town and then we requested to end the tour there so we could get dinner. She recommended a fantastic restaurant, Fonda Lo Que Hay, which was the perfect end to the day. We took an Uber back to our hotel with no problem. I totally recommend this tour, and if you get Cathy, you are lucky and in very good hands!
