I used this service for my airport pick up and departure transfer. Both the drivers (Odean and Eric) were so lovely and kind. They took the time to point out various landmarks to me on my way to my hotel. I felt very comfortable and safe as a solo traveler! Will definitely be using again when I come back to Montego Bay, and highly recommend for your travels!

We have no major complaints as the drivers were accommodating and was helpful with pointing out things as we went to the hotel. We did get pulled over by the police as he was caught speeding lbvs!

The driver not only was on his phone the entire time but started texting and ordering items off line! The worst experience, he didn’t get my bags or anything! This trip cost me $134. I should’ve took a taxi!

My driver was friendly... At the airport I asked if making a stop at Kaya House was an option and I was told "yes." The airport rep told the driver about the stop, but at no point was an extra fee mentioned by either. It wasn't until we were in route that I was told that there was an extra $30 cash charge for the extra stop. This is a policy that should be in writing and/or at minimum be communicated by the airport rep. And if this isn't a policy, then this is a heads up that your driver is hustling/scamming customers.

We used Island Transfer for transportation between the Montego Bay airport and our resort in Runaway Bay. Service was great...on time, friendly and informative drivers.
