Best tour ever. We actually did the tour December 2022 but due to other life events taking over I never got round to writing a review. Today I was clearing old emails and this prompted my memory. I saw a few negative reviews which angered me and prompted me to write this very overdue review so @ Faz please accept our sincere apologies. My husband and I booked this after a 3 week cruise from Lisbon to Cape Town. My expectation was to be picked up and dropped off at the ferry terminal and collected after the island tour and dropped off at hotel but what a wonderful unexpected day we had. Faz collected us from our hotel bought us snacks for the island, gave us a quick tour of the V&A area with very helpful dos and don’t advice. On return from the island she took us on a tour of sites including the lesser known sites followed by more local delicacies and coffee. Throughout the tour Faz was funny informative interesting warm considerate and interested. .The day spent with Faz was the highlight of our time in Cape Town and I will be forever grateful for her insight into life in South Africa pre and post Apartheid. I cannot recommend this trip highly enough and if you have the privilege of having Faz as your guide you will have a great day with even greater memories. Best wishes Mary & Gary

Faziela is a godsend! She is attentive and kind. The tour was flawless. We had a relaxed, complimentary lunch at a restaurant close to the harbor before boarding a nice, modern boat to Robben Island. Once arrived, we smoothly reached our bus to the site. Our guides were all exceptional. 10 out of 10!

Faziela our guide was fantastic and tour is very informative . Must do if you want to walk in Mandela and other political prisoners' shoes. After tour,Faziela organised lunch for us at the Silo hotel rooftop restaurant, top drawer stuff !

Faziela went out of her way to exchange my ticket for another day when the ferries couldn't go due to poor weather and everything got overbooked. She drove me around the city to see some other sights, saving the day with her experience, stories to tell and her high spirits. I had an amazing day with an amazing guide. Thank you so much!

Visiting the famous prison and meeting an actual political prisoner who was gaoled there. Both guides on Robben Island were very powerful. Faziela went out of her way to try to resolve some of the problems I encountered in Cape Town. Full marks and thanks to her for all her help.

It waa a pleasure to help you. Let me take this opportumity to share some some safety tips as per our Cape Town Tourism given to all guests. 1. Please do not give any money to beggars in tbe street. 2. Do not draw money at ATM on the streets, cards are widely accepted. 3. Do not pay anyone who say there is a protests ahead or you need to pay for street taxes 4. Dd not walk alone at night 5.Safety in SA is as per any City of the World. Both mum and son duo were so informative and friendly.. Picked me up and got to my tour on time. Did a surprise trip prior the tour to different areas of cape town explaining each and event in detail. Following by a complimentary lunch. Highly recommend.
