Overpriced Tourist Trap – Not Worth the Money
A complete tourist trap and by far the most disappointing attraction we visited in Amsterdam.
We visited Ripley’s with our 6-year-old child and honestly couldn’t believe how little you get for the price. We finished the entire attraction in around 20 minutes.
During the same trip, we visited NEMO Science Museum and the Rijksmuseum for roughly comparable ticket prices, and the difference is enormous. Both offer hours of interesting, high-quality content and feel genuinely worth the admission price. Ripley’s simply doesn’t.
It feels designed to attract tourists, charge a high entrance fee, and offer very little in return. For us, it was a complete waste of money.
Amsterdam has so many excellent museums and attractions that I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere. Definitely not worth the price.

Fun times with great photo opportunities
It was much better than we expected. Lots to see and great photo opportunities. The staff were lovely especially the lady in the cafe on the fourth floor who assisted us kindly when we lost our photo QR code card. It wasn’t overly busy so we could take pictures without people ease. Would recommend going for fun.

Customer service
Museum itself was fine, a few interactive bits but would have benefitted from more.
Highlight was the server in the cafe, he was excellent and a credit to you.

Fascinating even for teenagers
Amazing, never watched it on Tv prior to visiting. My 13 year old son absolutely loved it and was mesmerised by it all. Highly recommend even for the stroppiest teenagers

Highly recommend
My 10 year old daughter absolutely loved it here. It is fun for kids and adults and the staff on reception were super friendly. If you want to get away for the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam then this is the place to be. Highly recommended

Not worth the money.
To be honest, good concept, executed poorly. Too many boring irrelevant parts and not as interactive as advertised. expensive based on the 20 minutes it takes to walk round!!!!
Could be fun for kids but absolutely not worth the money.

Well priced, easy to get...
