Ja, Luberon er den mest berømte region i Provence. Ja, du vil møde turister fra hele verden. Der er over 100 landsbyer i Luberon, men formålet med denne tur er ikke at skynde sig rundt og se så meget som muligt, men at slappe af og nyde de steder, vi stopper på. Vi begynder med Sénanque Abbey, hvor du kan opleve den mystiske atmosfære i dette kloster fra det 12. århundrede. Vi vil derefter gøre et kort stop ved udsigten med udsigt over Gordes. Et storslået panorama over denne middelalderby, et glas rosé i hånden og nogle lokale krydderier, jeg er sikker på, at det vil være en af "disse" uforglemmelige øjeblikke.. Efter din frokost, vil vi tage til Roussillon, en farverig landsby fuld af smalle gader linet med butikker, hvor du vil finde det allerbedste, som lokale håndværkere har at tilbyde. Dette vil være din postkort dag i den ikoniske Provence, men også en afslappende dag, som jeg inviterer dig til at opleve på den mest autentiske måde muligt.

My daughter and I loved our day with Anthony touring the Luberon valley. Anthony was prompt, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The sights were fantastic. What a lovely experience - will definitely book through this group again!

We had a truly fantastic day out with Tom from Happy Day in Provence and would highly recommend him to any visitor to the region! Tom was very organised and a great communicator, both before and during the tour. He checked with us ahead of time about what we wanted to get out of the day and as a result we really loved every moment of our tour out and about in Provence, visiting the beautiful old hilltop towns of Gordes and Roussillon (with all the incredible ochre), and driving through stunning Provençal landscapes. The wine, olives and deli sausages along the way were an absolute treat, and we had plenty of opportunities during the day to explore the towns, have lunch, take photos from lookouts etc. Tom knows the region well and was brilliant at explaining things along the way, including the local wine making processes. He is such a nice guy and took a genuine interest in making sure our tour was the best! Don’t let winter put you off - we had an amazing day out in mid-January! We would HIGHLY recommend Tom and Happy Day in Provence!

Highly recommend this tour, well worth the investment. The guide Tom was extremely professional, courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable. This was a highlight on our European trip, we will be recommending highly to friends and family. Goes without saying, but the different tours Tom has organized include beautiful landscapes and history, you will not regret any of his tours through southern France. - James

A beautiful Luberon village nestled on a clifftop, famous for its ferrous ochre. There are many craft shops and art galleries. There are trails that lead to the ferrous forests

Beautiful surroundings and views! The abbey was very tranquil and peaceful and allowed for a time of reflection whilst also teaching us about the history of the abbey which was fascinating. As a Scot it was very accessible with the tablets as they had the option for English. The reception also had the option to explain how everything worked in English. The abbey itself was gorgeous inside and out and well worth a visit.
