Both rides to and from Playa Blanca were comfortable, air conditioned, and on time. I needed to make an adjustment and people were completely kind and flexible. Communication with the company was outstanding. Worth the price for my friend and I!
Our pickup time which we got in an e-mail from Viator was for 1:00 PM. The driver was at the hotel at 11:00 AM, we had not checked out at that time. We came down to checkout before noon and the clerk said a driver was waiting for us at 11:00 AM. We received no notification from driver or front desk. Showed the driver our ticket for 1:00, said his was for 11:00. We loaded and headed off. Driver switched lanes back and forth , drove on the shoulder passing vehicles several times. There were a few close calls with other vehicles who were also changing lanes, but fortunately no collisions. We did make it ok . Not sure if the driver had another pickup and was behind schedule but the car must go through a few sets of brake pads a year.

The driver was waiting for us when we came out of customs. He was very polite and helpful. He put our bags in the boot. The passenger side seat belt didn’t work otherwise the car was clean and in good condition. The scenery was pleasant. The driver drove smoothly and safely.

This was a great company to work with from start to finish. I made the mistake of booking the wrong day, but they were fast to respond and make adjustments. This is my 'go to' transportation company. Drivers were great, cars clean, and I always felt safe! Gracias!
A lot of traffic, coronado is too far from the city. The roads are rough. It's best to go for the weekand hang out. And the driver was very informative about the history of coronado.

They were there on time. They called and gave name of driver and where to meet them. The car was clean and we even stopped and got local food.
Efficient, courteous service careful driver. Met us with a sign. No waiting. His name was Jose Louis. It was our first experience in Panama so started the trip in a good note.
