My driver Daniel was early with a sign greeting me. Very good conversation and was an excellent driver. Very knowledgeable of the city and its history. Experience was 10/10 .
Our driver, Alejandro, was excellent. We were a group arriving in 2 different terminals and we were sent detailed instructions on where he would be waiting for us. He was there earlier than expected and was very personable. Highly recommended!

I booked a round trip airport experience, only to be told less than 24 hours they wanted to charge extra. This caused me to have to cancel while traveling international and identify other options. Then they only provided me with 1/3 of what I paid in lieu of the 50% for the half that did not occur. It was awful.
Hey LaKieva, Thank you for your comments, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. After reviewing your reservation, I can see the pickup location was changed to a spot about 10 miles from your original accommodation the night before your return. Unfortunately, our round-trip service only covers transportation to and from your registered staying location, so the alternate location fell outside our coverage area. This is also outlined in our terms and conditions. I understand this was disappointing, and I'm sorry if this wasn't clear when you made your booking. We truly hope you'll give us another opportunity to serve you better in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
So I used this service as a round trip and I can positively state the car service was very good! On time, cars new and clean, and friendly drivers. A great way to get to/from the airport. I’d highly recommend this service.
Castacorp Travel provided an excellent experience from start to finish. My driver was personable, communicative, and right on time. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe. He even shared insights about Panamanian culture and gave great recommendations on places to visit. Everything was smooth and stress-free—I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely book again!
