Denne store dag ud mod syd for Sydney blæser gennem Australiens ældste nationalpark, tager i spektakulære kystlandskaber langs Grand Pacific Drive, krydser Sea Cliff Bridge, klatrer derefter sandstenen for at vende tilbage via skovene og landbrugsarealer i de maleriske Southern Highlands. Nyd tætte og personlige oplevelser med ikoniske australske dyreliv, vidtstrakte udsigter over kystlandskabet, eukalyptusklædte dale og vandfald, der dykker over sandstensklipper, naturskønne kørsel gennem nationalparker og langs bugter, strande og landlige baggrunde, spisesteder ved stranden og vinsmagning i køligt klima. Turen omfatter en privat koala-oplevelse med en vogter, frokost på et populært havcafé, vinsmagning på et boutique-vineri, adgangsgebyrer til nationalparker og dyrelivsparker, venlig og kyndig guide, transport i en komfortabel airconditioned minibus. Oplevelsen begynder, når vores venlige guide hilser din private gruppe af rejsende på dit foretrukne mødested. Vær klar 10 minutter før afgang.
Du rejser sydpå ud af byen ombord på en komfortabel minibus, langs strandene i Botany Bay og gennem Royal National Park.
Første stop er Bald Hill Lookout, et populært startsted for drage- og paraglidere, som giver en flot udsigt over Illawarra-kysten og den berømte Sea Cliff Bridge.
Efter pausen er der kun få minutters kørsel til den familiedrevne Symbio Wildlife Park, som er aktiv i koalabevaring. Her finder du ud af alt, hvad du nogensinde har ønsket at vide om disse fascinerende pungdyr under en privat koalaoplevelse med en vogter.
Dernæst vil du bugte dig langs Grand Pacific Drive og krydse Sea Cliff Bridge, mens den fejer ud over havet, godt fri af de smuldrende klipper, som den gamle motorvej klyngede sig til.
Du fortsætter med at følge den naturskønne kystlinje til en gylden strand, hvor du vil nyde frokosten på en café populær blandt lokalbefolkningen med udsigt ud over havet. Tag dine svømmere med til en dukkert, hvis solen er fremme!
Efter frokost går du op gennem tempereret regnskov ind i det sydlige højland.
En let vandretur fører til udsigtspunkter, der tager de spektakulære sandstenskløfter og tårnhøje vandfald i Morton National Park.
Til sidst kører du ad landevejene til en boutique-vingård for at prøve lokalt produceret vin med køligt klima, før du vender tilbage til Sydney. Ankomst tilbage til Circular Quay er omkring kl. 18.30.

This was our favorite tour of our whole cruise!! Our guide, Jackie, was so patient and accommodating to our group as we had delays getting off the ship. She communicated the whole time and eased my anxiety. Symbio was an awesome wildlife park, and we loved getting to pet a koala!! It was well laid out with many types of animals to see. The vista points we visited were beautiful on our drive and the waterfall hike was so pretty!! Lunch was delicious, right next to the beach, and finally the winery was great! Beautiful atmosphere and the staff were very kind. They brought my kids their own snack plate while we were wine tasting so they didn't feel left out. Overall, such a great day in the southern highlands area, and we would highly recommend!!
We had a wonderful tour experience. Our guide, Steve, was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the area we were seeing as well as Australia in general. Really a nice guy and we would totally recommend him as a guide. The tour itself was an incredible experience. We loved the Koala experience, the waterfalls were beautiful, the wine tasting was wonderful and seeing kangaroos in the wild was amazing. Our best tour so far on this trip.

We had a great day out of Sydney exploring the wildlife, waterfalls and wine. The highlight of our tour was our guide Rowan and his vast knowledge of the area and history. Our favorite parts of the tour were the interactions with Koalas and kangaroos and the spectacular waterfall hike. The wine/vineyard was great; if time permitted, it would have been awesome to enjoy a glass/share a bottle of our favorite wine from the tasting and take in more of the vineyard grounds and scenery. Highly recommend this private tour!

My favorite tour i’ve been on! I never felt rushed at any of the locations and they had a great variety on what to do. Food was amazing and we did not have to sit through any crowds! 100% would recommend. You really do get close with the animals!

Couldn't recommend more! We travelled with a big family group, many of them had never been to Australia before. Luckily, the tour is tailored for first-time visitors and covered many bases (informationally, culturally, and explorational). The private zoo experience was next level and it turned even our biggest curmudgeon into a ray of sunshine.
