My family signed up and paid for atv rides in the mountains of Petra. On the day of our tour we were told an "avalanche" wiped out a trail and bridge for the atvs. We were moved to a pickup truck and sat in the truck's bed in the desert sand. Our driver dropped us off at our hotel and attempted to charge me for more money. This tour was a big scam!!

Immediate Alternatives Offered: Because this situation was completely out of our control, we presented you with two options prior to starting: a full 100% refund with trip cancellation, or switching to an alternative experience of equivalent value. You chose to proceed with the alternative tour to Wadi Rum. Clarification on Charges: The additional amount requested at the end of the tour was solely for dinner, an optional add-on that was not included in the baseline tour package. We sincerely apologize if this distinction was not made fully clear by our team on the day. We deeply regret that your experience left you feeling this way despite our efforts to adjust the itinerary on short notice.
