Du vil få et forklæde, en trykt opskrift og en slips at sætte på. Den praktiske madlavningskursus vil blive afholdt i hjemmet køkken. Du vil plukke nogle urter fra baghaven, mens din vært vil forklare de eksotiske ingredienser fra hendes have. Din vært vil forklare alle de involverede ingredienser, historien bag retten, og selvfølgelig give klare trin-for-trin instruktioner. Din praktiske madlavningskursus vil vare omkring to timer, og derefter vil du sidde i spisestuen for at nyde de måltider, du og din vært har forberedt sammen.
For at få fuld refusion skal du afbestille mindst 24 timer før det planlagte afgangstidspunkt.
Really enjoyed this event. We learned a lot about Indonesian food and how to use some of the less familiar ingredients. Wonderfully informal and friendly environment. Great fun and really interesting.

My husband and I were greeted with Echi’s warm welcome, cool drink and informal chat. Then we followed her into her large and well organised kitchen where many exotic ingredients were laid out. Echi explained the menu and all processes thoroughly after which we started prepping and cooking. Soon the kitchen was filled with a delicious aroma. Echi’s assistant Mildred whisked away used dishes like she had a magic wand. We finished with eating lunch that will be remembered for a long time. Definitely, an event to be recommended.

This was my 1st ever cooking class and it did not disappoint. Echi is an excellent cook & hostess. The atmosphere & setting at Echi’s home & garden was amazing. Very well organised and such a fun class that’s totally interactive & informative of every step along the cooking process. The cherry on top is the absolute delicious meal you cook that you enjoy for lunch.

What a fantastic way to spend an afternoon. I loved it all. Echi is a great teacher. She is so knowledgeable and shares her passion effortlessly and with great humour. This is such a lovely way to connect with new people, cook and eat together even a dish to take home. Echi tells you where to buy everything you use and also sells some of the more specialist ingredients which makes it super easy to cook the dishes straight away. I truly enjoyed joining this cooking class. The instructor guided us step by step through Southeast Asian recipes that are rich in spices and flavors, yet made them surprisingly easy to follow and recreate. The atmosphere was fun and engaging, and I left the class not only with delicious dishes but also with confidence to cook them again at home.
