We respectfully but strongly disagree with this review and must correct several inaccurate and misleading statements. The itinerary was clearly explained in advance and accepted prior to booking. Petra is a vast archaeological site, and the visiting time provided was exactly as agreed. No concerns were raised during the tour itself. Regarding the alleged €80 payment, this amount was not taken by our driver or company. It was paid directly to the resort you chose to enter, Crowne Plaza Dead Sea Resort & Spa. We strongly encourage readers to look up this resort on Google to see the quality of the property, its private beach, and facilities. The €80 covered both you and your wife and included the official Dead Sea Resort entry fee, full access to the resort facilities, use of the private beach, showers, pools, and a buffet lunch at the resort. This was a legitimate, transparent payment for services you fully used and enjoyed — not an unexplained or unjustified charge. Claiming that the Dead Sea access was a “dump” and did not match the photos is completely false and misleading, especially considering the internationally recognized standard of the resort you entered. Unfortunately, this review was posted only after we refused to issue a refund based on false accusations and an unjustified claim. We stand by the services provided and reject any attempt to pressure us through inaccurate public statements. We remain confident in the quality and integrity of our work, as reflected by the many satisfied guests we serve every year.
