Vi starter turen i den kongelige have kaldet "Łazienki". Haven ligger i et distrikt, der ikke blev ødelagt under Anden verdenskrig, så de fleste af monumenterne der er originale, og de kom fra det XVIII århundrede.
Efter besøget i Den Kongelige Have tager vi vores gæster til Monument for Warszawa Ghettohelte - et monument, der mindes om Warszawa Ghettooprøret under Anden Verdenskrig. Ved siden af Monumement to Warszawa Ghetto Heroes står "POLIN" - Museum for polske jøderes historie. Specielt design og præsenteret en 100-årig historie med polske jøder skaber et meget interessant og det mest moderne museum i Warszawa. Vi er glade for at informere vores gæster om, at du efter City Tour har en mulighed for at besøge inde i museet på egen hånd, fordi det er interaktivt, og du ikke behøver at have en guide. Vi ville glæde os over at droppe vores gæster til "POLIN" efter turen.
Vores næste destination ville være Umschlagplatz, som er et af de mest hjerteskærende steder i Warszawa. På dette torv lastede nazister jødiske til vogne og transporterede dem til Treblinka (en koncentrationslejr).
Vores endelige destination er den gamle bydel. Vores guide viser dig de mest sødeste steder her.
Du kan ikke forlade Warszawa uden at se det kongelige slot - egenskaben til polske konger, der blev sprængt under Warszawa-opstanden i 1944. Slottet blev genopbygget i 1984. Turen inkluderer at se det kongelige slot udefra.
Arkitektkatedralen St. Johannes Døber er en af de vigtigste kirker i Warszawa. Bygningen blev oprettet i den specifikke masoviske ghotiske stil. Arkkatedralen blev fuldstændigt revet ned under Warszawa-opstanden af nazisterne. Genopbygning igen i 1960.

Vores turister vil gå gennem Barbican - en del af den gamle bydel, deffensive mur, der er lavet i ghotisk stil og håndlavede, røde mursten.
Efter Barbican tager vi en kort gåtur til Monument for Warszawa Uprising Fighters. Du vil se det mest ekspressive og symboliske monument i Warszawa. Efter turen får vores gæster mulighed for at bo i den gamle bydel eller lade os aflevere dem til indkvarteringen.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Chris. It did run over 3 hours. The pick up at our hotel was late but I called the phone # and was assured that we were on the list. Lots of information in a short time period. Our questions were answered and Chris was very knowledgeable. No beer but water and chocolate. A good way to get an overview and ideas for later museum and area exploration. And Chris had a lovely sense of humor. The driver was skilled and the tour bus was comfortable Lots of walking on uneven surfaces.

We had the best guide in the whole world. Rafal, who makes the tour in Spanish, totally made our day! We had so so so much fun. I was laughing all the time and he knows everything about Poland history. We felt like home!

We can not say enough good things about our guide George. He did an outstanding job. His choice of cites and his deep knowledge of the history and culture of his hometown gave us an excellent understanding of the architecture, people and history of Warsaw. The tour was good and my guide was knowledgeable and easy to get on with. However, I would’ve appreciated a wee bit more flexibility from the tour operator to accommodate my 6 hour layover and extend the tour by about an hour or so and not be so by the book with regards to time. It is instances such as these where you see the agency’s true colors— if they are money-oriented or customer-oriented.

Our tours are based on thre hours shedule and all additional hours and services are up to customer request placed via email or direct call to the office. The city was rebuilt after the destruction of World War II. It has an area where the original style has been respected and is the most beautiful part. Then there are some very linear, aesthetically ugly Russian reconstructed parts. Finally there is the modern part full of glass skyscrapers. Very nice is the riverfront where there are many bars.
