Great an Amazing experience from the start to finish. I even made a life time friend with Stanislaw B. - This is a Must do if you have a full day. You will learn lots about history and how the Jews and many other people got mistreated-imprisoned-tortured-killed-gassed killed. I highly recommend this tour and this company.

Recommend it 100 percent . Thank you making our experience real and amazing !! Till next time.
Great tour with a lot of information. The guide went into a good amount of detail in a respectful way.
This tour was exceptionally well organized and made it possible to visit two of Poland’s most important destinations in a single day without having to plan the complicated logistics myself. Every aspect of the journey—from the train tickets and transfers to the local transportation and timing—was handled seamlessly. The visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum was an incredibly moving and sobering experience. Walking through the preserved barracks, railway tracks, and memorials serves as a powerful reminder of one of history’s darkest chapters. Our guide presented the history with professionalism, respect, and compassion, helping visitors understand not only the historical facts but also the human stories behind them. It is an experience that every person should undertake at least once in their lifetime. Afterward, we continued to Kraków, one of Europe’s most beautiful and historically rich cities. Although our time there was limited, we were able to explore the magnificent Market Square, admire the city’s stunning medieval architecture, and experience the unique atmosphere that makes Kraków one of Poland’s most beloved destinations. Considering the distance from Warsaw, I was impressed by how smoothly the day unfolded. The schedule was ambitious but never felt chaotic, and the tour coordinators communicated clearly throughout the trip. This is a long day with a lot of travel, but if your time in Poland is limited and you want to experience both Auschwitz-Birkenau and Kraków, I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. It combines impeccable organization with an experience that is educational, deeply moving, and truly unforgettable.

What an amazing experience. No issues getting picked up at our hotel and getting to the train station. Once we were at the train station someone picked us up to take us to Auschwitz. They already had our tickets and the guide was waiting for us. The process was very smooth our guide Barbara was very informative and highly recommended!
Know that the experience may be difficult due to the nature of the subject matter. Since you visit sites that deserve respect, I would not recommend bringing children who would not understand the significance. On logistical notes, you will need to be able to find your correct meeting points, minor navigation is required. I recommend bringing an umbrella or rain poncho.
Tour included hotel pick up, train to Krakow, round trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau, then train back to Warsaw. Well worth the cost. Wear comfortable shoes, lots of walking but well worth it. Mia the English speaking tour guide was excellent. Dawid our driver was good, a little aggressive but got us there in time.
Transportation was efficient and timely. Our tour-guide was knowledgeable and had good English communication skills.
