Absolutely DO NOT book with this organization, you will be relieved. Where I had booked a full day Luxor including private taxi, English speaking guide, all entrance and lunch. The taxi picked us up in the morning and at our hotel in Marsa Alam and after a drive of about 5 hours we were dropped at the first sight. There was no guide in sight, we were harassed by pushy and aggressive sellers and did not know where we were. No one spoke English. Contact with Get Egypt was not or very difficult. We were told that we only paid for the taxi so otherwise NOTHING was arranged!! There you are, 5 hours away from your hotel, in an unknown place and you have nowhere to go. We were very scared. We have apped screenshots that we really paid for the complete day but they are not listening and they leave you to your own devices. Luckily we did have a reliable taxi driver and he drove us everywhere. Eventually we visited some sights but had to buy all the tickets ourselves so the already expensive excursion of almost €300,- cost us a few hundred euros extra. In retrospect, it's not worth it. Folks, this organization is a scam ring that lies to you and rips you off. If you want to go to Luxor, please book somewhere else. Ilona

When we received your message in Luxor claiming you had booked a full package, we re-checked all records and confirmed the car-only booking. Still, rather than leave you feeling unsupported, we decided—entirely at our expense—to assign a certified Egyptologist and keep the vehicle with you for the full tour. These services were offered purely as a gesture of goodwill and commitment to exceptional service, despite them not being included in your selected option. We sincerely hope this gesture reflected our dedication to guest satisfaction and professionalism, and that your time in Luxor was both memorable and enriching.
