We loved the tour! Our guide, Salwa, was incredibly knowledgeable. She studied Egyptology in Cairo and was able to tell us so many fascinating things about all the different sites. We had e private tour which meant Salwa was able to adjust the tour to our needs and wishes.
Our experience was truly exceptional from beginning to end. Salwa was an outstanding guide—warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She didn’t just show us the sights; she taught us so many fascinating things along the way, making the entire journey both educational and enjoyable. What we appreciated most was the ample time she gave us to explore at our own pace, ensuring we never felt rushed and could fully immerse ourselves in each moment. Our driver, Abdul Abu, was equally wonderful. He was courteous, attentive, and made the journey comfortable throughout. His calm driving and friendly nature added an extra layer of ease to the day. The food provided was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavourful, and a highlight in itself. It complemented the experience perfectly and showcased the region’s culinary richness. Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the hospitality to the guiding, the transportation, and the food, every detail was thoughtfully handled. We left feeling enriched, well cared for, and eager to return. Highly recommended.

Ahmed Kassem was a nice guide, sweet & easy going.
Decent service, but the driver’s pushy behavior was exhausting. The transfer service itself was so reliable, and the vehicle was clean, spacious, and well-air-conditioned with smooth, safe driving. But the driver was a very poor fit for us. From the first 5 minutes, he maintained an overwhelming level of high energy and constantly forced us to read old reviews from past Japanese clients I know we're from Japan so expecting a reaction every time. Since we only hired a driver—not a full tour guide—we just wanted basic updates on the locations, making the constant forced conversation mentally draining. The biggest issue was lunchtime. Around 1:00 PM, we asked him to recommend a local lunch spot. In Luxor where a delicious meal usually costs around 200EGP whex we visited but he took us to an overpriced venue with no set menus, leaving us with an unexpected extra bill of nearly 1800 EGP for two people (paid by card). Meanwhile, the driver appeared to be getting his meal for free on commission. Later, he insisted on taking us to an souvenir shop promising we didn’t have to buy anything. Having lost all trust in his recommendations by then, we refused and asked to be taken straight back to our hotel. At drop-off, I declined to leave a review on the spot, but the driver (Abdrboo) repeatedly pressured my husband with an aggressive, intimidating demeanor to leave a positive Google review specifically mentioning his name. While the company's baseline service is fine, your experience will heavily depend on driver compatibility. If you prefer a quiet, low-pressure ride without aggressive upselling or over-the-top self-promotion, this particular driver might not be for you.
Our guide Salwa was very friendly and knowledgeable and taught us a lot of important and interesting history. Would recommend her personally!
Sherine was an amazing tour guide and truly made this experience spectacular. She had a great balance of explaining important information and giving us time to look around on our own. It was a great itinerary and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone!
Ahmed Kassem was definitely the most knowledgeable guide that I've came across in Egypt.
I arrived in Luxor on an EgyptAir flight from London, connecting in Cairo. However, no matter how long I waited, my luggage never showed up. It turned out that my luggage had been lost. It took about an hour to complete the paperwork at the office. Thanks to our communication via WhatsApp, the driver waited for me the entire time. He greeted me with a smile, and that smile never faded until the tour was over. Whether it was turning down souvenir shops and lunch restaurants, borrowing cash in the Valley of the Kings, skipping a visit to Queen Hatshepsut’s Temple, or deciding to just view the Luxor Temple from the outside… I was truly delighted to have met such a wonderful driver.
