Marius was a great driver. He was a safe and polite driver and really accommodating. We had a great day.
Trip would of been a 5 but a few things. Felt like the trip was just a ride to locations, pointing to a few things and onto the next. On the last stop we found out the tram to the castle is not running, to much of a hill for one party and we asked if we could go to another location 5 minutes away but was told unable to modify trip, 2 stops is what I was told and my company monitors my GPS, so no flexibility.

We take our tour at 11:30 , car is clean and driver is good ,.but Not worth for this amount , ,,,,,,

Our private tour booked through Viator on July 20th (Booking ID: 1287382281), costing us $639.86, was an utter nightmare. We expected a knowledgeable guide, but what we got was an incredibly unreliable driver who behaved more like a disinterested chauffeur, if that. Communication was a constant struggle. He'd tell us he'd "be there" at an attraction, only to vanish when we returned, leaving us searching. His delayed texts claiming to be "stuck in traffic" felt like feeble excuses for his prolonged absences. At Rhein and Stein, it was the same story: "call me when you're done." This isn't guiding; it's abandonment. The most shocking part was his lack of professionalism. He actually told us, en route to the waterfall, that "there is nothing to do in Zurich" – completely undermining the very tour we paid for! He offered absolutely no insights, history, or guidance whatsoever. We paid for a private tour and received nothing but an expensive, frustrating ride. This experience fell drastically short of any reasonable expectation for a guided tour. Viator should advertise this service accurately as merely transportation if this is the level of service provided. Save your money and avoid this particular booking at all costs.

It was a wonderful experience. Rhine falls and Stein am Rhein both were wonderful. We took a trip on the pink boat which was a lovely experience. Our driver was a little reserved but answered all our queries

Our tour was good. Unfortunately during this time of year, everything was closed especially in Stein am Rhein. However, our tour guide really did not know any of the names of the castles or the places he brought us too and did not know much history. He did not provide water until we asked a couple of times as it was included. He took his time and brought us to another little town to make up for it. Having a private driver was great but definitely not worth the price.

BEAUTIFUL RHINE FALLS FROM ZURICH... Private tours from Zurich to Rhi e Falls Stein Am Rhine in Switzerland.-- Amazing and very Intellugent Operator..is not lucensed but professional to guide .protected well to the passengers.. go and close up near the Waterfalls .the larhest water fall in Europes ..the small boat is very great .arrive in the place ..day trips visit the town square to see the beautiful of waterfalls embark..great operator .great boat and helpful staff..
