We had a great experience! Saul was our driver. He was on time, waiting for us at the Panama City airport. He was very professional and knowledgeable; giving us some history as we drove through Panana. Our drive to the Riu Playa Blanca was comfortable. The van was clean and air conditioning worked great. Saul spoke both English & Spanish as not everyone in our group speaks Soanish. Highly recommend!
the transfer from the airport to the resort was fine but lot of traffic but the return trip the driver was on his phone most of the trip and no using his hands free. I just retired from being a bus driver and this should not take place when your driving customers we paid for his time and should have gotten better service! unsafe is unsafe!!

Manuel met us at the airport. He was on time and had very good communication. The drive to Rio Hato was relaxing and he was a very good driver. Such professional and friendly service.
The trip was long but the driver was excellent very knowledgeable also a tour guide I would like to have him come take me back
