Ibrahim was in contact with us prior to arrival, then sent us a picture of my name on his phone to look out for him at arrivals, and drove us directly to our hotel in Reykjavik. Very professional, and friendly and would definitely recommend to anyone. Thankyou Ibrahim, hope to see you again soon.

We booked an airport transfer from our accommodation in Reykjavik for 4am to get us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. However at 4.05am there was no sign of the taxi so we called them - this took a while as the phone wouldn’t connect properly! They said they would call the driver and ring us back which they did - apparently there there were police controls in place and the driver would be another 5 or 10 mins. Still no sign 10 mins later so we tried calling again but it just rang out. He eventually turned up and we ended up leaving at 4.20am! The driver was fine and we got to the airport in good time but the lack of communication from the company and no apology from the driver is the reason for the 3 star review.

We sincerely apologise for the stress and uncertainty you experienced on the morning of your transfer — we completely understand how worrying it must have been at 4am with a flight to catch. While the police controls that morning were unfortunately outside of our control, the lack of proactive communication from our team and driver absolutely was, and we fell short of the standard we hold ourselves to. You should never have been left wondering, and we are sorry that no apology was offered to you in person. We are glad the driver got you to the airport safely and in good time, and we will be addressing the communication lapses with our team to ensure this does not happen to future customers. We had an early flight and Ibrahim Alzurqan communicated well so we were assured he would arrive early the next morning. A late night text asking if we could add a third person was warmly met with affirmation and we arrived at the airport as expected. Thank you.

I made the mistake of not booking a taxi when landing in Iceland and I was disappointed by the service and cost. We learned from the mistake and were recommended Icetransfer for our ride to the airport on the way home. We couldn't be happier! Ordered the taxi at 05.50 but it took another 20 min until the driver arrived. I got in time for my flight, - but in future I would like to have better margins. Easy booking and I received updates online before trip.
