Oh my goodness! The transfers, the tours, the experience of Panama including visiting the Panama Canal was most memorable. Conozca Panama Primero Tours took care of my group of 23 the entire time we were in Panama! From our pickup from the airport on March 11, our tour of Taboga Island, our tour of Panama on March 12 and drop off at the airport, words cannot express the outstanding customer service provided by Conozca Panama Primero Tours. Luis was our assigned guide. He stayed with the group for all the excursions and he was outstanding! Rafael was our arranger and he stayed in contact constantly to assure everything went well! We booked a car from the Panama City Cruise Port to the airport. The driver arrived on time, the car was clean, and he dropped us right in front of the door we needed at the airport. His English was much better than my Spanish and we had a good conversation along the way. I would definitely book again if I am in Panama City in the future.
Ride was okay. Driver was about 15 minutes late to pick us up for the airport and also showed up in a small car. We booked a ride for 2 adults and a child. Suitcases didn't fit in the back so one large suitcase had to be in the backseat along with 2 people.

I was surprised that I didn't see someone holding a sign with name on it when I arrived. As I looked for the Viator information, a gentleman (Jose) called my name and he said he was to search and find out my flight had been delayed. Jose was very knowledgeable of all things I inquired about such as: Places Expats live Places to eat Customs that differ from the US Helpfuk words in Spanish during my travel. Roberto was a great and informative driver. He messaged me a greeting and was waiting for us outside the arrival gates. Very friendly and professional. Got us to our location with ease. Even give us some pointers. Will definitely use this service again!!
The driver was on time, spoke good English, and pointed out interesting landmarks along our drive. He even came prepared with bottled of water for us. The mini van was very clean. I would use this service again.
