Rejseplan
Cirkus hed oprindeligt 'Kongens Cirkus'.
Halvmånen blev bygget mellem 1767 og 1775. Her er 30 klasse I fredede huse.

A bit over priced and lots of people being let in at once. But because I was travelling solo, the handheld phone guide was perfect.
We really enjoyed this tour. We've been meaning to do it for a while as we've done one from this company before so we know they're always good quality and easy to use. We never have any issues using the app, like others have said - it's really straightforward and it does what it says it's going to do. You also get the tour for a month, which makes it great value and means you can do it at your leisure. Absolutely fascinating and we've learned loads about Bath that we didn't know before (and we're regular visitors).
Returning customers like you genuinely make our day — thank you for trusting us again! You've nailed two of the things we care about most: an app that simply does what it says, and a full month of access so you can take the tour at your leisure. And learning new things about Bath even as regular visitors? That's the dream. See you on the next one!
I was disappointed with the amount of information provided on the Roman Baths. I ended up having to use the headsets provided at the Baths. The information on all the sites was way too cursory and not meaningful enough to warrant acquiring the tour.
Thank you for taking the time to share this, Alba, and we're genuinely sorry the tour left you wanting more depth. Our self-guided city walks are designed as an outdoor overview that threads Bath's streets and stories together — so for the big ticketed attractions like the Roman Baths, their own in-house audio guides really are where that deep, room-by-room detail lives. That said, "too cursory to be worth it" is feedback we take to heart, and we'd love to know which stops felt thinnest so we can ask our Bath guide to enrich them. Please reach out to Veronica at veronica.grifa@exploro.app — we'll happily look into a refund and make sure your notes reach the right hands.
Didn’t get the email to be able to trigger the guided tour in the app. Followed instructions and tried to seek help but got no response .
Hi Robin, we’re really sorry to read this. Access is sent automatically by Viator, and we reply to support 24/7 (always within hours), but we didn’t receive your message. Something unusual may have happened. Please reach out so we can investigate and make this right.
Attempted a number of times to use offline...download tour blah, waste of time. I am phone savvy...but this stumped me. Didn't complete sights 3 to 18. Would not recommend.
Hi Tracy, we’re sorry this was frustrating. The offline mode works by fully downloading the tour inside the app before starting, but it sounds like something didn’t complete properly. We’d love to check what happened—please contact us so we can help and improve this.
After having had excellent experiences of using Viator in the USA, this one left us sorely disappointed. This fee is to be able to download an App that offers commentary on a walking tour across Bath. Totally different from what I was looking for. Was further deceived into thinking I was getting into something else when the email from Viator asked me to go to their office to collect my tickets. That office was closed and pointed to another location where they had re-located and there was no office in that second building either. The phone number to call was a non-UK number which no longer existed. Seemed like a scam.
Hi Vineet, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, though it’s disappointing to hear that your experience didn’t match your expectations. To clarify for future customers reading this: This product is a self-guided walking tour, which is clearly stated in the tour title, description, inclusions, and throughout the booking process on Viator. There is no physical office to visit, no ticket collection, and no in-person guide — the entire experience runs through the app, exactly as advertised. Regarding support: We provide 24/7 customer assistance, including email, WhatsApp, and two phone numbers (one for the UK/Europe and one for international travellers). Viator also provides a direct messaging channel to contact us instantly. We received no message or call from you through any of these channels. Unfortunately, if instructions are not read or if the product purchased is not the product someone expected, there is little we can do after the fact. The tour functions normally and thousands of travellers use it without issue each year. We understand misunderstandings happen, but the experience described in your review does not reflect how our service works. If you’d like us to look into your case directly, we are happy to assist — just reach out through Viator’s official messaging system. Best regards,
its a very bad experience using this service I have paid £35.96 and we were unable to use it, and no one responded to my calls. I paid for another company to get my tour sorted. .please refund the amount.
Hi Bilal, We’re very sorry to read that you felt disappointed, though we do want to clarify a few important points for future travellers. We have double-checked all of our support channels — phone, email, and in-app messaging — and unfortunately we did not receive any attempt to contact us before or during your scheduled tour. The only message we received was after the visit date had already passed, which meant we had no opportunity to assist you in real time. Our system shows that your access code was issued correctly and the tour was fully available for download. Had we received a message at the moment you needed help, we would have been able to guide you through the process immediately, as we do for all travellers. Because our tours are digital products with instant access, all sales are final, and this is clearly stated before purchase across all platforms. We always encourage customers to reach out through the channels provided in the confirmation email if anything is unclear — we are here to help, but we can only do so if we are contacted at the time assistance is needed. We genuinely hope you enjoy your travels, and if you decide to try one of our tours again in the future, we’ll be more than happy to assist you every step of the way.
This is a good idea and was great to start with. But then the App kept crashing. I had to uninstall and reinstall three times and gave up in the end. I did message someone about it but I just got told to make sure I was online...which I was. I also had problems with the audio not playing properly when it was working at the beginning so all in all I'd not recommend this.
Hi Karen, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback — we’re truly sorry to hear about the technical issues you experienced. We completely understand how frustrating that can be when you just want to enjoy your tour. The good news is that we’ve completely updated our app and are now rebranding as Exploro, with a much smoother, faster, and more stable experience. Your comments helped us identify exactly the kind of improvements users needed, and we’d love for you to give it another try next time you’re in Bath — we’ve made sure it’s working beautifully now! Warm regards,
I used Viator for the first time and I really liked it. I walked around the city with my own pace and explored with the help of the guide
Hi Sibel, Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed exploring Bath at your own pace — that’s exactly the kind of freedom and discovery we hope to offer with every self-guided tour. We’re glad your first experience using Viator and our app was a success, and we’d love to see you exploring another city with us soon! Best wishes,
Great facts - chewed up my phone battery. Had pop back and forth with maps because the Pandemic App kept crashing l.
Thank you for your honest review, David! We’re glad you enjoyed the facts and content, and we really appreciate you pointing out the technical issues. We know how frustrating it can be when an app drains your battery or crashes while exploring. The good news is that we’ve been working hard on a complete upgrade. We’re happy to share that our tours are moving to a brand-new platform as we rebrand from Pandemic Tours to Exploro. The new app has been designed to solve exactly these issues, with improved stability, smoother navigation, and better performance on both iOS and Android. Thanks again for the feedback—it’s helping us set up Exploro to be stronger and more reliable, so future travelers can enjoy a seamless experience. We’d love for you to give it a try next time you’re out exploring! Best regards,
