After our flight arrived in Panama City on schedule as planned. After going through customs and picking up our luggage, we looked for the driver who supposed to have a plaque with our name on it. We saw other drivers in the area doing that we went outside and looked up anddown the row of taxis and waited approximately a half an hour or more, but the driver was a no-show. About a half hour or so after that when we were in the other Taxi, we had to pay for he called us to find where we were. This was well over an hour after he was supposed to pick us up and he was rude and hung up on us.

At Panama City Airport, authorized private transfers like Amber Moon meet passengers inside the terminal, immediately after you exit baggage claim/customs. Our drivers stand right by the flight arrival boards with a clear sign featuring the passenger's name. Based on our records and the GPS data from that day: Location: Our driver was waiting at the designated indoor arrivals area (as noted in your voucher and the instructions sent the day before). Unfortunately, it seems you headed outside to the general taxi lanes, which is a different area from where private pre-booked drivers are permitted to wait. I noticed you did not connect to the airport WIFI, because we got your email just after you arrived to your Hotel. Verification: To ensure accountability, our drivers take a photo of the welcome sign in front of the flight arrival board and keep their parking tickets. We have verified that our driver was in position and waiting for your flight's arrival. The Phone Call: When the driver realized you weren't in the arrivals hall, he called to locate you. We apologize if the tone of that call felt rushed; our drivers are often anxious to find their guests amidst the airport crowd. Excellence & Fairness: Because we value our reputation and our customers' satisfaction above all else, we have already processed a full refund for your booking. Even though our driver was present and on time, we never want a guest to feel unsupported. Used service to get to cruise port in Colon from Tocumen airport. Easy to arrange and the driver was great. He spoke excellent English and pointed out points of interest along the way
We hired Amber Moon Panama Taxi Service to transport us from a downtown Panama City hotel to the Colon cruise terminal. We booked them the day before and they were able to accommodate us by having their driver Manuel drive us there on January 31. Manuel was excellent. On time. A careful driver. Great command of English. An interesting individual who providing us lots of Panamanian history and insight during our 1 hour + ride to Colon. The diver was at the airport on time and easy to find. The vehicle was a bit old and small for all of the luggage. We made it to the distention safe without issues
Our plane was delayed and driver patiently waited. He was friendly, knowledgeable and provided much info about Panama! Highly recommend.
I had to call to confirm the pick up time because the documents reflected a different pick up. After that was cleared up, our driver was early, professional, and got us to the cruise terminal with no problems. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for a private driver.

Amber Moon went above and beyond what we expected! My sister made arrangements for airport pickup on March 4 in Panama City to Colon for the day before we were leaving on our cruise from Colon. We expected to share the ride but our flights were 3 hours late, so she and her husband went ahead. After a quick email to Amber Moon, my husband and I were rescheduled for the transfer (at 9:30 p.m.!) . As it turned out, we had the same driver who, by his choice, picked us up also. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had obviously been chatting with my sister and her husband in the earlier trip. The ride went quickly as he answered all of our questions along the way. I wish I could remember his name! I highly recommend this safe and friendly service.
