Driver became hostile and aggressive about driving us and was extremely rude and refused to drive us.
After reviewing the situation, we would like to clarify that the issue arose due to incorrect luggage information provided at the time of booking. You informed us that there would be 6 pieces of luggage, however, upon arrival the driver found 9 pieces of luggage. For transparency, the driver recorded a video at the pickup location clearly showing the total number of luggage pieces and shared it with our team as evidence. The vehicle assigned was appropriate for the originally declared luggage count, and the additional items exceeded the vehicle’s capacity. We understand this may have been inconvenient, but accurate luggage details are essential to ensure the correct vehicle is dispatched and to avoid such situations. The driver’s refusal to proceed was based solely on safety and capacity limitations, not personal reasons.

The driver arrived 4 minutes ahead of schedule. Our experiences in Switzerland prior to this was that the driver may not arrive at all. The vehicle was very comfortable. We are VERY glad that we arrived at Zurich Airport 3.5 hours prior to our flight. We needed every minute of it.

Our driver arrived early, packed our 4 very large luggage bags in her luxury van, then opened our doors and settled us in in no time. We hit a bunch of traffic en route and she maneuvered around and through Zurich to get us to the airport in an hour, which is how long she told us it would take - very impressive! Excellent service, though pricey, but it was well worth it for our piece of mind! We recommend this service highly!
