William was very cordial. He pointed out some points of interest along the way. He was very helpful will ALL of our luggage. There were 6 ladies with lots of luggage.

We never got picked up. No one ever called. We were just about stranded at the airport. Tha k goodness for the taxis

Our driver was VERY helpful. He gave us tips for where to go and what to eat. We got where we needed to go and he handled all of our luggage.

My ride NEVER ARRIVED. We called customer service & we're told we'd have to wait for it to be escalated. I asked to speak to a supervisor & was told that there was no one else I could talk to. I paid for a local taxi although I'd already paid for a private transfer through Viator.
