Viator promises a low price guarantee, so I contacted customer service because I grossly overpaid for my airport transfer. All I keep getting is the same automated message response with different people's names as a sign off. Answered all their questions and provided the necessary details and screenshots and still nothing. This has been going on for over week, Where is the customer service? Seems like Viator makes a lot of promises it can't keep.

Siggy the driver arrived to pick us up early, which was great since it was cold. During the drive to the airport he offered very interesting information about Reikjavik, and facts about the areas we went by just like a tour guide during the transfer to airpor of about 45 min. Recommended 200%!
The tour operator is a great communicator from the time I booked this cruise ship to airport transport in Iceland to the day before our pick up she was an excellent communicator and found us at the cruise port and got us to the airport safely and in plenty of time.
Driver was early and proactive in finding us. We had 5 large suitcases and 5 small ones and he was very careful in packing them n the van. The van was roomy and comfortable. It was worth the expense to know that returning to the airport with 10 suitcases was not stressful
