Opdag de skjulte hemmeligheder i den tropiske regnskov under en unik aftenoplevelse ved foden af den majestætiske Arenal-vulkan. Ledsaget af en kyndig naturguide, vil vi gå langs stierne i Mirador El Silencio, et af de mest biodiversitetsrige områder i La Fortuna, for at observere dyrelivet i dets naturlige habitat. Under denne tur får du mulighed for at støde på fascinerende arter som timeglasfrøen, Blue Jeans-løvfrøen, den imponerende oksefrø, også kendt som "kyllingespisende frø", og selvfølgelig den mest symbolske for Costa Rica: den rødøjede løvfrø. Samt nogle af de mest imponerende slanger i regionen: øjenvippeslangen, snegleslangen, den kraftige fløjlsorm, stenhåndslangen og koralslanger. Med lidt held kan du også få øje på nataktive pattedyr som dovendyr og myreslugere. Et sikkert, lærerigt og spændende eventyr, ideelt for hele familien.

Lad os gå ind i en af de mest berømte skove i Costa Rica og i verden, den tropiske regnskov ved foden af 2 vulkaner, Arenal-vulkanen og Cerro Chato-vulkanen. Vores erfaring vil tage dig til at kende historien om, hvordan vores land blev dannet, vulkanerne i vores område, klimaet i vores område og observation af den lokale flora og fauna, blandt hvilke fugle som tukaner, tanager, kolibrier og papegøjer skiller sig ud , nogle padder og krybdyr som glasfrøer, løvfrøer, regnfrøer og tudser som den fugtige skovtudse eller den store kæmpetudse, slanger som koraller, hugorme som f.eks. bocaracáen, stenhånden eller den berømte fløjl, pattedyr som coatis, bæltedyr, opossums, brøleaber, hvidansigtsaber og egernaber, en lang række planter som orkideer, bromelier, bregner, mosser og blomstrende planter.

We had such an incredible time, exceeded all expectations. Brandon is a fantastic, knowledgeable guide and was incredible with our 6yo girl. We saw snakes, frogs, spiders, tarantulas, bats, and a whole lot more.

It was a great experience. I had fun and learned a lot. I had Brandon as a guide, he was very knowledgeable about flora and fauna and answered all my questions. He also made sure we stopped to look at the animals and helped me take great pictures. I really recommend this hiking tour with him and his company, it was worth it. Highly recommended.

Gave them 4 stars bc the tour was delayed a bit due to traffic during Holy Week. Otherwise, we had a great evening hike and spotted different frogs, snakes, and insects. Would recommend this tour to anyone who’s interested in nocturnal animals!

Brandon was a great guide. We saw colorful frogs, snakes, tarantulas, and other creepy crawls things. What we expected and hoped for. It was a small group. The night sky was impressive.

Did the night walk around base of volcano looking for frogs in the ponds. Just amazing right from the start. Listening to frogs and then finding them in their habitat. Amazing walk and guide brilliant. Thank you!

Tour was incredible. Victor,our guide, spoke amazing English and had an incredible amount of knowledge. It poured our whole tour but you’re so distracted by the beauty it doesn’t affect the experience at all. So incredibly worth the money. The guide took phenomenal photos for us if we wanted him too and found so many animals we never would have seen without him. Both my husband and I are not hikers and even with the mud had no issues with the trail or length but for sure wear close toed walking shoes. Highly recommend especially for the price!
