The service was professionally conducted however I was disappointed that we were unable to see one of the sites that I have originally requested. I wish that the operator had advised us that it was not possible to see both sites (Bratislava & Estergom) during the transfer. Instead the driver persuaded to visit Tata Castle which the driver said was on the way. It was a small remote place not very interesting at all. And when I asked if we were going to see Estergom I was advised that it was going to be another hour to get there and we would be on overtime. I am very disappointed. The 4 hour sightseeing which we were hoping to get did not happen at all. Not sure why this happened. I would not recommend this service. The driver was just a driver. He had no knowledge of anything. He was busy running/managing his business during the drive. If I had known this would be the case I would have just taken the train which is a lot cheaper. We thought this would be a nice day seeing 2 extra cities. Instead we saw Bratislava and Tata. I am unfamiliar with the geography of the area but I wish the operator had informed me prior to confirming my request for the 2 cities to visit that this was not possible. No, I do not recommend this service. Spend your money somewhere else. At $397 it is too much money. Take the train. It's the same thing.

Bratislava & Tata places are the favorite sightseeing stops on this route, therefore, our driver recommended you to see them. Nevertheless, I am very sorry for the misunderstanding and your disappointment.
