There about 50people standing there and the coordinators had no sign and was not easily identified. They finally sent a sign to look for which was there but in a small piece of paper along with 100 other signs. Then had to wait 20min for the car. Not as advertised. Once in the car the driver was excellent and very helpful.

The pick-up information provided is verified both through the system and via video and photos sent during communication with you, just as we send to our other passengers. The reason you wait for the car that will pick you up at Istanbul Airport is because, to prevent unauthorized transportation, we cannot allow VIP vehicles to wait in the parking lots for more than 15 minutes. When you arrive at the airport and meet our team, they will call the car inside the airport and accompany you to the meeting point on the -2 level where the car is located, where you will be handed over to the driver. This process takes approximately 10 minutes.
They were amazing with first class car and love driver, despite of the company made a mistake of taking us to the wrong airport they rectified it and took us to the right airport and we were on time as we were early. Thank you for this amazing service and greatness.

We were picked up 1:00 am in Turkey. The private van was little outdated, but the service was excellent. And it took us to hotel pretty quickly.
Unfortunately, the vehicle I assigned to you at that time was a pre-2015 vehicle, as I was already working alongside my other reservations for that day. However, it was a great honor to be able to satisfy you. If you visit Türkiye again, you can be assured that we will provide you with even better service with our renewed fleet.
