The pickup information was incomplete at the airport, and wasted about 45 minutes trying to find location - but did finally connect with the company / driver. However, the ride into Istanbul was 'Scary' - driver was tired, almost had a few accidents.

If the information was unclear to you, why did you not contact us in advance? 3. Why did you decide to wait 45 minutes before contacting us if you couldn't find the meeting point within the first 5-10 minutes? We strongly disagree about the driver. We reviewed the video - footage from inside the car and the driver drove you calmly the entire way, except for a few moments when he avoided accidents caused by other drivers for your safety. Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to guess what exactly went wrong with your trip.
