Reliable, friendly professional person. Carlos is simply great. We took a drive drom Porto to lisbon and had a stop in the middle of the 3 hour drive. Safe driver with experience on tour as well.

I had booked a transfer from Porto to Lisbon with this company for 13 Sep 2022. 24 hours before I used WhatsApp to communicate with their emergency number as my wife was sick and we needed to delay the transfer for 24 hours thus making it on 14 Sep 2022. To start with the person on the emergency line said he was a driver and not the manager. Then he said the manager only speak Portuguese and French. Then he told me that they hold the vehicle for a whole day for this transfer. And much more excuses. The driver said that his manager is unable to amend the booking even for a medical reason. That they are fully booked for 1 week. And more over that they cannot even do a partial refund. Bear in mind they had zero cost in such amendment and cancellation. Honestly it was not worth it risking health and taking the transfer so I told them I have had it with them and asked them to cancel. In this age of constant change a good quality company should have room to adapt to emergencies and have a buffer for such events. Its the way companies act under tough circumstance that make a transfer company good or bad. In my opinion never again with this company. Find an alternative cause they are also not the cheapest. So all in all ONE STAR.
Mr. Asem Toukan from Amã, Jordan, you are an opportunistic liar! Firstly, you did not contact us 24 hours before, you contact our driver 16 hours before your departure time. Has everybody known if that was your case, you even need to contact us, you just need to cancel the booking to be fully reimbursed. Secondly, as it was explained to you, all of our vehicles were occupied in the next day, so we could not postpone your transfer 24 hours like you request. And, although we are not obliged to do it, we agree to postpone you transfer a few hours without any costs since we have block for a long time our vehicle and a driver to you. Because we are a profit company not a charity company, we inform you that if you decided not to use or services in that day, you will not get any kind of reimburse from our side and that you should ask the company where you have made your booking if they were willing to change their rules and give you any kind of compensation from their side. In the end, you agree with our driver, to postpone your transfer a few hours and everything was set. We contact our partner to change the departure time of the ride and everybody was happy! Although our driver was starting to be scared, because it starts to be clear that he will do a transfer of 3h30 in vehicle with an infected Covid-19 person! Thirdly, maybe because you where shame to leave the hotel where everybody knew that your wife was infected with Covid-19, and take her to another hotel in Lisboa, you decided to cancel your transfer in our partner website. We did not cancel anything, you did. From a moment to another, we receive instructions from our partner that that transfer was cancel. Fourthly, is common sense that nobody in these days travel without a Covid-19 insurance, so you will be reimbursed by the insurance company of any expenses that you may have due to your wife situation. BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THAT YOU WANT MORE, YOUR THOUGHTS WERE TO MAKE MONEY WITH IT, AND GET REIMBURSED BY US AND AT THE SAME TIME BY YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. Like you post in the WhatsApp chat with our driver in the end, that you have already booked a new transfer with another company and extend your stay in the hotel before you start contacting us! So, you remember and thought that maybe we could be dumb giving your money back so you get a win-win thank to your wife disease. Hope your procedure with transporting a sick woman from Porto to Lisboa and maybe in an airplane to Jordan strait putting not only her life in danger but also the life of others do not end badly to no one.
