The driver was extremely late picking us up and the instructions to meet him was not clear. After a long day it was frustrating trying to locate him.

We did send a message in advance requesting the missing information; however, we did not receive a response. Even so, we were able to quickly resolve the situation and assist you without any inconvenience. Our driver, Filipp, was on time for our pick up from the hotel. He had provided our ride from airport to hotel when we arrived in Panama City, so of course, he remembered us. His English was great, he was informative and answered questions we had about the city & restaursnts, and he handled all our luggage. I would highly recommend Filipp as a dependable and friendly driver!
