I contacted D&J online and was assisted by Julianna and Daniel, they were very easy to deal with and super helpful with all my questions, queries and requests. They took all the stresses away from my thoughts, their communication and customer service were second to none. Luiz was professional as usual, he was very smartly dressed, had an extremely clean car and drove smoothly, so much that I fell asleep! Luiz arrived earlier than my pick up time and text me, WhatsApp me and also emailed me, his communication was spot on and he was very friendly and considerate. I would recommend D&J Airport transfers as their service is exceptional and 5 star!

I have used D&J a few times now and they are my default transfer service from now on. The booking process is simplicity in itself and the vehicles and drivers are fantastic. A special thanks to Caroline who tracked us down in the airport and got us safely home. I will be using D&J again next year.

I booked a return trip online with D&J airport transfer. My driver Evaldo came before time and waited. I arrived at Gatwick airport in under an hour. On my return 2nd July. Evaldo was waiting in arrivals for me . Very helpful guy. I would recommend D&J. Evaldo was punctual ,polite and very helpful. A really nice friendly driver . Excellent 👌🏾

Our driver turned up three minutes before pick up and that satisfied our nerves since we are elderly. The drive was smooth and our driver extremely polite and friendly. We will use them again
