Doi Inthanon National Park er den mest berømte i det nordlige Thailand på grund af dens ubestridelige skønhed og beliggenhed (bekvemt beliggende kun 85 km fra Chiang Mai)! Parkens naturlige liv er særligt rigt på fugle, hvoraf der er omkring 400 arter. Den brede vifte af højder tillader mange forskellige typer af vegetation at leve i parken, fra fyrreskove i de højeste områder til dipterocarps i de lavere.
Ban Mae Klang Luang er en Karen-landsby beboet af S'gaw-folk, en etnisk gruppe. Denne landsby er fredelig med afslappende naturlige omgivelser omkring. Det er placeret et sted omkring den 26. kilometer på vej op til Doi Inthanon. Denne landsby var engang et land for opiumsplantning, men senere, på grund af kong Bhumibols venlighed, skiftede landsbyboerne til kreativt landbrug i stedet for. Derfor er Ban Mae Klang Luang et fantastisk sted med fejlfri natur nu, elsket af mange turister. Ban Mae Klang Luang er et godt sted at besøge, hvis du vil lære om thailandsk landbrug. Wachirathan-vandfaldene er det mest imponerende af alle vandfaldene i Chiang Mai. Det majestætiske vandfald har mange lag og kaskader fra 80 meters højde. På grund af den utrolige højde skaber vandfaldet en tåge i omgivelserne, hvilket gør det til et malerisk syn. Vandet, der falder fra Wachirathan-vandfaldet, skaber et stort bassin eller en pool, hvor du kan svømme med familie og venner.
Pha Dork Siew Waterfall er et af de smukke vandfald i Doi Inthanont National Park, Chiang Mai. Selve vandfaldet ligger lidt gemt i skoven og kan kun nås til fods. Du vil nyde denne vandretur meget, da der er nogle fantastiske udsigter over bjergene og rismarkerne undervejs!

I don’t write review very often but I want to share our experience with this company and I’m glad we had Nong as our tour guide/driver. He is great and speak good English as well. This company has a really good customer service. They communicate with us along the way. From the start to end. And I just want to say thank you everyone and most of all to Nong who did everything to make sure we are taking care of.

Excellent tour operator, from pre-trip communication to post-trip follow up. Our driver/guide M was terrific, provided us with clear communication and well planned itinerary. The easy-medium trekking was icing on the cake, with viewing of many waterfalls as well as illustration boards along the way. Make sure to wear suitable shoes. In addition, the peak is 15C cooler than the city, please dress appropriately.

The waterfalls were nice and the (downhill) hike was well planned to minimize effort for the less fit parties in the group. The only let down was the misguidance on the tour advisory to bring towels and bathing suit when we can't swim or play with water at the waterfalls.

Nice scenery although I think would be even better when everything is growing and green. At the highest point above sea level can be a bit of a let down. Theres no actual view. Also a pretty easy hike, majority of it is downhill. Both tour guides were extremely knowledgable, friendly and caring, considering I got pretty bad motion sickness during the drive up.

We would highly recommend M as tour guide for this tour. He made our day trip so fun and engaging! Honest, humorous, and humble. This tour was amazing, we had so much fun visiting the Karen village and learning their story and the way they live The King and Queen Pagoda was beautiful. Our guide Wilai was very friendly, informative and passionate, we learned so many things from her on this tour and she also gave us many good tips and suggestions for our time in Chiang Mai. This is the third tour we have done with Forever Vacation and we have had a great time everytime. Keep up the good work guys x
