Rejseplan
Stop for billeder
Se den berømte solnedgang over denne legendariske horisont.

The view from the temple and leading up to it was a serene experience. Finding a rock to sit on the cliff side and looking out into the sea, was just a perfect moment.
I loved the visit! It was an unforgettable experience! The bus that took us was very good. Everything was done on time and in order.
The place is beautiful, and the timing is good; the trip is not too long, and the time there is sufficient. Spacious bus with air conditioning. The audio guide should be changed because it is not very clear; it is hard to understand and constantly skips.
The bus did leave 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure time for my location. It was recommended that you meet to board the bus 15-30minutes prior to the schduled depature. It was very helpful that there were staff in T Shirts with the logo of the tour company/operator there to direct you, confirm the location, & give information more than 1 hour prior to the start of boarding the bus. It was also excellent service that at meeting point / pickup location I was given a voucher for a free coffee/tea & acess to the cafe/resturant's restroom. The guide was very nice & the pick ups & drop offs seemed well organized but you need to be early not just on time, which was not a problem for me, but it definitely could have been an issue if you were not early.
It's quite good, although the bus ride is a bit long. The sunset is not over the sea; we thought it was.
The bus that leaves for the cape has a departure closer to 4:50pm, but don't be late! The views were amazing and there was more to do there than I was expecting. The food was a little more expensive than usual, but it also tasted pretty good for what it's worth. There are smaller paths that lead down to the water that not many people go to, so it can be a nice quiet spot for a romantic moment.
Clean and comfortable bus. The guide information is provided via audio devices with prerecorded tracks that are automatically activated based on geographical location. The audio device allows selection of preferred language. I would have personally preferred live guidance info. Once on site, I would have a appreciated a little more time for the sunset (sunset was at 20h45 and we had to be in the bus for 8h55). Overall, it was a very good tour.
Nothing to complain about regarding the organization. The bus was on time, the guide was very pleasant, the driver drove very well and in a very serious manner. The interest in going to this site is debatable given the exorbitant price of admission for very little to see on site, and especially crowded with people fighting for the best spots for souvenir photos. Of course, the sunset is splendid, but in my opinion, it is not worth 20 euros per person in addition to the trip.
Our guide was sweet, the bus is comfortable and the sunset was beautiful but the audio tour was horrible. Boring data that didn't sync up to what we were actually seeing out the window. I don't think we even saw the voulagmeni lake but if we did no one told us. Anywho, I'd find a tour with a live guide to really engage with the scenery.
The tour guide Christopher was amazing, I was traveling with my mother on wheel chair, he was very supportive. The bus was time no rush, well organized, we really enjoyed sunset and came back with my mother super happy and of course me. Thank you Christopher and Viator!!
