Excellent tour and great experience. We returned the following day to some of the other places in the market highlighted that we didn't have time for during our tour. The samples tasted and places visited exceeded our expectations. We have done similar style food tours in other European cities and this one was one of the best. Tasted unique local beer styles as well as visiting several craft beer places along with a market tour and brewpub experience. Also appreciated the follow up emails from the company with additional recommendations.

Ricardo was incredible — he was knowledgeable and had the perfect balance of history, humor and yummy bites. We did this with our 3 month old and they were very accommodating for kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Taste of Porto tour — it gave us a wonderful, broad experience of the city’s food and culture. Fávie, our tour guide, was excellent and clearly well-versed in the region’s history and flavors. We started with pastries that were delicious, then headed to Bolhão Market, where we sampled everything from wine to charcuterie, cheese, and fruit. From there we dove into bifana sandwiches, and topped off the evening at a tapas bar with local favorites. Along the way, we visited several local sights that helped paint a picture of the city’s vibrance and rhythm. The pacing was perfect, and the amount of food and drink was more than enough for the time frame. Highly recommend this tour if you want a true taste of Porto.

My partner and myself had the tour all to ourselves and by the end we had sampled many great beers and great food. Our guide, Angelo, was very knowledgeable and we had great conversations during the evening. We experienced places that we would never have found by ourselves and a very enjoyable time was had by all.
This was an amazing afternoon. Numerous stops explaining the history of the areas paired with great bites and wine. Rita Neves was our guide. She is very knowledgeable of wines and everything Porto. Highly recommend.
