Det er kun 1 time og 45 minutters kørsel fra Melbourne direkte til Phillip Island. Ved ankomsten vil du blive mødt af Phillip Island Nature Parks Ranger til en guidet gåtur gennem Phillip Islands Koala Reserve. Du får en præsentation om koalaer, reservatets historie og relevans og det sidste område med naturligt skov på øen. Guide til at ledsage gruppen og hjælpe Ranger med gruppen.

Generelt giver vi os tid til at vandre gennem kystbyen Cowes. I læ langs den rolige Westernport Bay blev denne township opkaldt efter Cowes på Isle of White. Smukt kystlandskab, unikke butikker at besøge og mange gode restauranter at købe mad.
Derefter ankommer vi til Nobbies Rocks, hvor vi tager dig med på en valgfri guidet gåtur ned ad strandpromenadene for at se klippekysten og se pingviner, der rede i deres huler. Derefter rejser vi langs Phillip Island bagvejene gennem Phillip Island Penguin Habitat. Nyd en utrolig udsigt over kystklipperne på din vej til Phillip Island Penguin Parade.

This tour was a lot of fun. Our guide Kiwi was entertaining ang knowledgable. He also managed to squeeze in an extra stop for us. The koala conservation site and the nobbies were highlights. The penguins were super cute as expected
Joel was fantastic! Great tour and tour guide. We saw koalas at the reserve and we loved the penguin parade! The penguin parade was worth the ticket alone. There were 3 opportunities to buy food and use the restrooms. Joel is very knowledgeable and very friendly.
The tour is very good; our guide Fiona explained all the stops we made as well as the history of Melbourne. She is very good and enjoys what she does, which makes her do a great job; excellent outing.

Fiona is a great guide, she explained really well about the trip and also gave us a lot of useful tips to make our trip an amazing experience… The whole tour, seeing the koalas, the short stop for photos at the noobies, and especially the main attraction seeing the penguins parade was absolutely amazing!

Really cool experience! Lauren was the absolute best!! She had the best personality, made sure we had plenty of rest stops, gave us exact detail and instruction as to the time we had for each location and best spotting for the penguins! Lauren wasd 10/10 all around! The experience itself, I recommend doing a tour that just brings you to Philip island for the penguins. We stopped at lunch first, went to koalas and then hit the penguins (left 12am ish) and we saw the penguins from 6-8ish. It was quite a long day. Understandably it is a 2 hour drive but i feel leaving almost 2-3 hours later would make the day feel less long. OVerall though, no regrets it was a wonderful experience, comfy bus with wifi and great tour guide!

Comfortable, punctual, and very interesting to see the koalas in their protected habitat, and the penguin parade is unique. Everything is well organized.
