Du vil lave 3 peruvianske retter og 2 cocktails. Vores peruvianske madlavning, cocktails og markedstur starter på San Pedro Market (dør nummer 1), med et besøg på dette historiske marked. Vi vil prøve nogle af de mest eksotiske frugter i Peru (super fødevarer) Derefter går vi til vores barstudio, et traditionelt hus fra 1930. Vi starter vores erfaring med at forberede de mest lækre cocktails med frisk frugt (købt i det lokale marked, vi besøgte) og Pisco.
