Du vil lave 3 peruvianske retter og 2 cocktails. Vores peruvianske madlavning, cocktails og markedstur starter på San Pedro Market (dør nummer 1), med et besøg på dette historiske marked. Vi vil prøve nogle af de mest eksotiske frugter i Peru (super fødevarer) Derefter går vi til vores barstudio, et traditionelt hus fra 1930. Vi starter vores erfaring med at forberede de mest lækre cocktails med frisk frugt (købt i det lokale marked, vi besøgte) og Pisco. Du vil lave mad: peruviansk tamal (quinoa), cebiche og causa limeña. Vores klasse er fuld hænder på, og du vil tage del i alle forberedelserne. Efter klassen vil vi også sende dig kvitteringerne, så derefter kan du nyde det med din familie og venner. The experience was wonderful and so homey with Chef Carlos! He made us the group feel so warm and welcoming. He explained the process of cooking along with the historical context in much detail. Highly recommend him!
Absolutely incredible experience. Carlos was an amazing guide and chef and every recipe he made was fantastic. We learned so much about Peruvian cuisine and culture in this class — and now we’re excited to take these recipes home and create them there.

We had an amazing experience cooking with Carlos. We shopped for food at the market and he taught us to make several dishes and drinks. We were hands on doing all the steps for the dishes He was a superb chef and instructor with a fun personality. The food was really awesome and we were stuffed. I would highly recommend this cooking class.

Carlos and his kitchen team were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and entertaining. I highly recommend this tour if you’re looking for a light‑hearted experience filled with great food, great company, and plenty of fun.

Jesùs was an amazing personality, and very good at explaining cooking. I don’t like raw fish usually, but the ceviche with Asian flavors was delicious! Highly recommend.
