Parmesan ost og balsamisk eddike tur med Ferrari Museum

Du vil starte din dag ved at besøge en mælkefarm for at lære noget nyt om produktionsprocesserne af Parmigiano Reggiano ost, fra køer til hjul. Besøget vil blive afholdt direkte af producentens personale, så ingen af dine spørgsmål vil forblive ubesvarede. Turen er fulgt af en guidet smagning. Vores anden stop er en lille gård, hvor familien producerer traditionel balsamisk eddike fra Modena i generationer. De vil vise produktionsprocessen og forklare alle de særlige kendetegn ved balsamisk eddike, og hvorfor det er så højt værdsat selv i haute cuisine. Smage forskellige aldre af lokalt produceret balsamisk eddike i slutningen. At være i området, ville din oplevelse ikke være komplet uden at besøge Ferrari Museum i Maranello, så at se den mest berømte superbil mærke af alle tider, Ferrari, og at lære noget nyt om sin historie under dit gratis besøg i museet. I slutningen af dagen vil chaufføren tage dig tilbage til Bologna.

Afhentning fra din beliggenhed i Bologna centrum eller fra et mødested i Bologna centrum, P.za XX Settembre, pladsen foran NH De La Gare hotel, kun 5 minutters gang fra Bologna centrale togstation. Lastbilen afgår kl. 08:55, og vil ikke vente på de sene. Hvis du kommer sent til mødestedet på grund af tog eller andre transportforsinkelser, vil vi ikke være i stand til at rumme dig, sende en refusion eller omplanlægge turen til en anden dag. Vi foreslår venligt at planlægge ekstra tid til din rejse for at undgå eventuelle problemer.
Mælkefarm / Første stop er en mælkefarm, hvor Parmigiano Reggiano ost produceres. Du vil se alle stadierne i produktionsprocessen af denne certificerede biofarm, se dyrene, og vil have en guidet smagning af forskellige aldre af Parmigiano Reggiano ost, samt frisk lavet ricotta.
Efterfølgende vil vi fortsætte med et guidet besøg til en traditionel producent af balsamisk eddike fra Modena. Du vil lære alt om, hvordan denne "sorte guld" er produceret, se fat, og prøve forskellige aldre af eddike under en guidet smagsprøve.
I slutningen af turen vil du have en time til at besøge Ferrari Museum i Maranello ved hjælp af de skip-the-line billetter, vi giver.
Chaufføren vil tage dig til Bologna.

Absolutely loved this tour! The cheese making farm was awesome, got to see the whole process and was interesting for anyone who likes to see how things are made with the added bonus of a delicious cheese tasting with snacks. All the cows seemed so happy! The balsamic portion was also super interesting, the tour guide was engaging and we learned a lot, really interesting to taste the different balsamics. Of course the Ferrari museum was also awesome. Our driver Kevin was excellent and had interesting facts to share during our journey. Keep in mind this tour does not provide lunch!

Our driver was friendly and pointed out places of interest while we were in transit. Atilla at the Parmesean team was super knowledgeable and funny. The Modena vinegar tour was also a great experience seeing the family legacy. Would recommend!

The tours were fantastic! They took us to small, family-run places with super friendly and knowledgeable hosts. The Ferrari Museum was a quick visit, but my husband really enjoyed it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, from the driver to the tours!
